Holiday Inn GREENVILLE by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Our visit was amazing they had a special section set up for East Carolina University Graduates.My child was one of the graduates .I’m a proud pirate Parent

Our stay was quite pleasant. The location is awesome. The one comment I have is the room was dark, even with all of the lamps on. The only light in the entrance are was a light on the ceiling and didn’t project much like. Another comment I have is you can’t stream to the TV like most hotels at this level. You are stuck with the cable stations.

Hotel was a bit out dated

Demanyae was the best at check-in and throughout the stay. Pleasant, attentive & customer service focused were his strengths! I’ll stay again because of the service and convenience to everything.

I usually stay at this Holiday Inn anytime I'm in Greenville. The staff from check at the front desk, to the cleanliness of the room is always great. Thanks guys! Very satisfied! MLee

Liked the remodeled rooms and lobby. Found it funny that the really old existing doors were re-used and not updated/changed for a total good look.

Comfortable and very clean! Only complaint was the water pressure on the 4th floor was low.

My husband and I booked a 2-night stay with Holiday Inn Greenville to celebrate his birthday. We met Cameron at the check kn desk and he was an absolute joy! He was polite and had great customer service. We ran into an issue with our room and Cameron stepped in immediately and corrected the problem. Thank you for helping to brighten my husband's birthday even more. We have stayed here once before and so we went down to the bar. Ashley was working and is always a joy! She added more joy to our stay and my husband's birthday night! She always has a smile and is willing to help you in any way. She has awesome customer service and she makes the best drinks! Thank you both for being amazing people. If Cameron and Ashley are working you're in good hands.

Per hotels.com, this hotel came up when I filtered by free breakfast, which turned out not to be the case. It’s free through some third party vendors, not hotels.com. I was checking in my 86 yo mother and they tried to sell her the breakfast for $11.99 after I explained the hotels advertisement, and tried to entice her with the “all you can eat”option. I politely told them an 86 yo eats like a bird. Mom went to shower at 2am and the faucet was tightened so much, she had to call maintenance to loosen it. He actually had to stand IN the tub to loosen it. No hot tea or coffee in the evenings. With the options in the area, we won’t be back to this one.
