Holiday Inn LOS ANGELES - LAX AIRPORT, an IHG Hotel

Needed coupon for the Breakfast service in the morning which I was expected to purchase while booking but it wasn’t obvious when I did the booking. Came to know about this while I was trying to get booking. Staff at the breakfast sent me to front desk and front desk sent me back to staff at the breakfast. Quite embarrassing to run around to grab breakfast! Finally got hold of staff who was at the register and requested to sort this out and then she mentioned that I can pay like you do at normal restaurant which I agreed and then finally was able to have breakfast. This is not an ideal experience first thing in the morning. However I don’t want to base my overall experience just on this. There were several positive things like food delivery and staff offering complementary water bottle or finding the utensils when requested etc. cleanliness, responsiveness, sense of security etc. everything was very nice!

Staff members were excellent (especially Maritza at check in): friendly, helpful and efficient.

I enjoyed the stay love to go back

The room is very dirty and run down. The bathroom is an eye saw. However , they gave food staffing. The hotel needs upgrades

The hotel was ok but we had to paid parking eveb though we were staying at the hotel not sure why that would be something acceptable but…

It was a normal stay but I put overall rating as poor because even though when we signed in it told us the water was off, they never brought us water for our room, and we also weren’t notified that the water was going to be off prior to coming to check in and that was very inconvenient but other than that and the surrounding area having 2 homeless sleeping near one of the walk in entrance gates on the side it was normal and front desk was nice and fast.

Convenient and efficient for a one night stay before a morning flight. Only 2 shuttles to,airport per hour.

I didn’t even get to go bc my flight was cancelled and no one will give me my money back

Hotel room was clean and comfortable. The area is the problem, during the day it’s fine but at night it gets pretty sketchy.

The Staff was friendly and helpful, even at 5 in the morning. While the menu at the restaurant was limited, the food was delicious and the portions were generous. I was extremely satisfied and truly enjoyed my stay.

Nice hotel for a business stop. Clean, friendly staff. Convenient. What else do you need.

Good property close to lax

Staff was great and shuttle service was nice.

The room was not fully inspected before my arrival, shower curtain missing in bath.

The staff was very accommodating with some handicap issue. I liked check out @ noon helpful. suggestion maybe lunch
