Chose this location due to proximity to airport and stadium. Was staying one night for a big concert. It appeared they did not have enough rooms to accommodate everyone. It also appeared like they were short staffed. Parking is $40 a night and most of the spots were for compact vehicles. It was not designed to handle a sold out night. After the event, I come back in my room to find it flooded. Went downstairs and they were able to accommodate me in a very timely manner which I appreciated. They took $10 off a parking for the inconvenience, which I don't think was adequate but okay. New room was clean and the air worked well.

This was my first time in a Holiday Inn, I usually stay at Holiday Inn Express. The Holiday Inn Express offer way more amenities and the rooms are better. This hotel is just average, just a place to lay your head.

The shuttle service is hit or miss. Waited over an hour at the airport for the shuttle to never show, ended up paying for an uber to the property. Hotel was understaffed and extremely busy (concert in town at Sofi.) At checkout and after waiting for awhile (not just us, multiple other parties) Security had to call the shuttle for an eta, as the front desk wouldn’t give any info other than to wait. On a positive note, the property was conveniently located close to the venue, and was clean.

Before booking I called and ask if guest have free parking? They replied with self parking for guests. I assume and it sounded like free. Checked in Parking $40 a day. I mentioned my call I WISH I COULD HAVE KNOW very disappointed and the rooms feels so used and cheap needs updating I really frlt that it was Not properly enclosed.

The first night stay, the hotel loss water. Waking up early to no water was not fun. However, they did get it up and running in a few hours. They gave us a free dinner to compensate. Overall, a good place to stay, next to the airport.

Everything is great except the shuttle service, they will leave you and not pick you up

Late night arrival on an international flight and arrived to an unexpected plumbing issue. Was given 2 gallon bottles of distilled water while issue was being worked on, but felt they could have compensated more for the huge inconvienence, ie; discount for that night, free breakfast etc. The issue was resolved by around 8:00 am.

Everything was great except our ice bucket was dirty. There wasn't a plastic bag to put inside the bucket either. We were trying to put something on ice, so we ended up placing the item on top of the plastic cups we filled with ice.
