Very close to LAX and has a shuttle. Wish the shuttle was more frequent than every half hour but not a deal breaker. Quiet despite proximity to airport; they even have a “Quiet Floor”. Comfy beds and bedding. Decent Thai restaurant across the street. I did takeout and relaxed in my room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

Was a quick overnight stay but would not spend anymore time there than that. Staff was nice and check in was fine but rooms were dirty, old- stains on floors, walls, ceilings, dust in vents. Bed sheets were clean.

The only thing that I disliked about this property is the shuttle service is horrible….. waited 2 hours to get to the hotel, and literally had to check out 3 hours later because the shuttle driver didnt have a clue what he was doing.

I checked in close to midnight on a Sunday. I had picked up some food and wanted to put some of it in the fridge. When I opened it, there was old leftovers and beer in it. I called front desk & they said that I could change rooms since there were no housekeeping. Since I was checking out in the a.m I declined & they comped my parking. When I went to throw away my food, I found wads of bloody napkins in the bin. I ended up changing rooms at 1:30am and all they offered was 10% off my stay but I would have to contact Expedia. I think the room should be comped

Spacious room but needs updating. Excellent service from the Bell Captain Joe. He was polite, friendly, helpful and assisted us with check in. He went beyond normal expectations. Shuttle was great to and from the airport but allow time as it does not have a regular schedule.

After I placed a DO NOT Disturb sign on my door, I told them No Service for the room, and asked them for fresh wash clothes and towels, and trash bags. So I placed the dirty wash clothes and towels on their cart, and placed the trash in their trash container on the cart.
House Keeping still entered my room. I felt my privacy was invaded, with the DO NOT Disturb Sign on the door.

The hotel looks old and outdated from the inside. The rooms are crappy, some outlets didn’t work. The restrooms didn’t have exhaust fans or enough light. The room cards wouldn’t work,had to go replace them twice . And the worst part of the stayed is paying for parking .
