Shower not working. Had to move to another room 6 floors up at 2AM with no help . I used 1 night parking, they charge my credit card with 144 dolars. 100 in excess, trying to get refund with no success yet.

This is a very nice property. Service was good. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant was great.
My only complaint is that I didn’t get a good nights sleep because by room was next to the elevators. The noise woke me constantly all night.

Price was fair, that would’ve been good if it included a simple breakfast. The bed was saggy, and the water pressure in the shower was dismal, but otherwise the room was comfortable and neat.

The staff is knowledgeable and respectable, however the rooms are below average. There was noticeable molding on the walls, the bathtub clog was unscrewed, room was oodly humid and had an unpleasant smell. The sheets were clean of stains, however I noticed various weird crumbs and hair scattered over the sheets. I only stayed for a night and it wasn't worth to complain when I only needed it to sleep.

The rooms are very nice with quality essentials provided, nice in and out riders beware of the steep ramp it takes to go in and out of the area of the hotel. Otherwise made my vacation smooth and enjoyable.

Dislikes: 1) $44/day to park your car in their property 2)Loud door shuts even if your gently closing the door, you will hear every door shuts from around your hallway, it wakes me up at night

I thought that for the price and the location -- near LAX-- it was nice. You could definitely hear the jets, but it's an airport hotel. The free shuttle to the airport was very convenient, and there is a McDonald's just outside of the entrance.
