Everything was good. Parking is awful

The location was everything we needed. They accommodated us when we needed certain things and the receptionist Maritza was an absolute sweetheart. They had a bar and restaurant inside the hotel. Our waitress Gabriela’s service was spectacular. She was attentive and made sure everything came out in a timely manner. The only thing I didn’t like is the restaurant charged a tourism fee. It wasn’t anything crazy. It was .39 cents or couple of dollars, I don’t remember. I just thought that was weird but it’s cali, so I was not surprised. We stayed in room 430 and the bathroom had a little bit of mold and it looked like they replace the caulking in the tub and who ever did it was not as clean when putting the caulking, so it made the tub look dirty but it wasn’t dirty.

It is a wonderful hotel.

We stayed here to go to an event at sofi. We showed up at 315 to check in and the line was at least 40 people deep. Others around us in line said they had showed up at 2 and were told to come back at 3. When i finally got to a representative after 35 minutes, i was told there were no rooms available because they were still being cleaned and it would be at least 30 more minutes. I didn't get into a room until after 440, almost an hour and a half after arriving. We got to the "only room available" and the AC was set super cold and wouldn't turn off. When we went to leave for the concert, the safe in the room didn't work. Needless to say we ended up in a lot of traffic to the concert because we were running behind and we missed some of our concert. After the show, there were no spots to park and ended up parking along a wall. Horrible experience!!!!

The staff was amazing. The only issue was the parking area and over crowded. Was unable to locate a parking space. The staff were amazing, they were apologetic and understood the situation.
