No bath towels in the room, I’m sure they would have brought me some but I didn’t have time the morning I checked out

You need to note that this facility charges $40 a night for parking & parking is limited

Comfortable stay.

Overall a great stay for a budget, would stay again!

I made this reservation months in advance and upon check in I’m told there’s no rooms available and I’m placed on a wait list where I have to wait 2 hours and I’m late to my event. No parking available. Rude staff, absolutely zero accountability or attempt to make things better. Room had stained beds. Bathroom had mold and the tub was falling apart. Very slippery and lights kept turning off.

The hotel let us know there was no parking available for our whole stay, and did not allow us an attempt to find one. A couple hours before we checked out one of the workers said there was parking available during the whole weekend. They should have parking available for guest that booked and have better communication with their guest.

Room and bed was comfortable and clean. Good stay.

Checking in was horrible. I got there for my 3pm check in and was put on a waitlist until 5pm to get into my room. My room had a wet pee stain on the couch and filled my room with this pee smell all over. There were no shower curtains either and we called and no one brought them up. Also the toilet seat was broken. Just bad all over and wouldn’t recommend. Also having to pay for parking is so absurd and no where around the area has public parking so goodluck.

I DID NOT LIKE , NO ROOM AVAILABLE. Neither early check in nor check in at 3 pm. It was 5 pm on August 2nd . And still waiting for a room . I won’t return to this place ever , and what it is worst that EXPEDIA charge me for this , I will ask for refund .

The hotel was very nice and felt safe. Parking wasn’t great…very small spaces, and hard to get in and out of lot. Very close to the airport, which was very helpful! My main problem is that I had tried to book two rooms that morning; but only one was reserved for us upon arrival. The front desk clerk said u had booked through a third party, even though I thought I was talking to Holiday Inn. Be careful of reservations.com, it looks like the real hotel. Front desk clerk said the 3rd party had charged me an extra $180, and it was my loss. I still haven’t figured out where that charge came from. Anyway, it cost me an extra hour upon check in trying to figure it out, and book us another room. I had to get gas before bed, and it was tough to get in and out of lot. Parking is expensive there! $44 a night. It was a nice, clean place to stay and very good location close to the airport, though!
