Holiday Inn LOS ANGELES - LAX AIRPORT by IHG, an IHG Hotel

There was road construction going on around the area over the weekend, which made it difficult to get to the hotel.

It’s a budget airport hotel. Nothing fancy but does what it needs to do. Comfy bed & clean

It was close to the event I attended. Staff was great and I have no complaints!

The stay wasn't bad. I feel when you book through a 3rd party they give you the smallest and patched up rooms. Our rooms bathroom was horrible. The toilet was very low to the ground,you had to squeeze to get tissue. No real closet,just a put together closet. Again i feel when you book through a 3rd party they give you the crapiest rooms they have.

Nunca me avían tratado así ignorado y con muchos problemas 4 veces tuvieron q hacer la llave xq no abría la puerta la persona q me registró olvidó hacer las llaves y olvidó enviar los tickets del desayuno también al ir a pedir mis tickets me dijeron q ya los avían dado y que no me darían más. Honestamente me sentí q a mi y a mi familia nos tiraron muy nada hables. Nunca recomendaré ni volveré a uno de sus hoteles siendo q cada vez q salía de viaje usaba sus hoteles. En una ocasión dure 1 mes hospedado en su hotel de Utah y desde ahí nunca me trataron así en tantos días…

Window dirty. Very difficult to see outside. Ceiling has wallpaper that was peeling off and there was mould under it. Hallways are dark and voices echoed. We even had to ask Housekeeping to request a shower curtain as room 521 did NOT have one. WOW!!!

The staff was extremely kind, welcoming, and accommodating. However, the hotel has seen it’s years, and has wear and tear from frequent use by the airport. The carpet in our room was filthy and smelly, and the bathroom showed wear and tear that needs to be addressed. The toilet barely flushed, and the shower fixtures were old. There was also dirt and filth on the flooring along the side of the shower. They can definitely do with some upgrading and improvements.

Their breakfast is really good! The lobby also has nice hangout areas and spots to sit and work. My room was clean, spacious and nice. My room also had blackout blinds. All the staff that I interacted with were so nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Our son flew in from another state to meet us. There was a room under his name and they charged him for both rooms. We arrived and checked into our room. At no point did staff say your son had checked and paid both rooms. Bait and switch. Kevin assistant manager was rude and racists towards us.being a white person in LA. Being we book Expedia he didn't care was out problem. After Expedia called multiple times he could have easily fixed situation, but according to Kevin we were the dumb white people. The other lady with i got her name was super awesome and nice. She even giggled and said good luck with Kevin. Now it makes all sense. Just refund the 3rd room. We had 2 rooms happy to pay for it. But stealing from people and unethical practices and racism un called for especially today day.

Nothing to change in my opinion second time staying here and both visits were great
