Check-in was easy and informative. She was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Great water pressure, plenty of towels and clean bathroom. Would definitely stay again.

The staff were so friendly. The beds were very comfortable. The food and service in the restaraunt was amazing. The cleanliness was not that great. You can tell light surface cleaning is only done in the rooms. The outlets covers were gross and had food on them. Dust all along the edges of the carpet against the walls. I guess this happens when house keeping uses a broom on carpet and not a vacuum.

Checking in was difficult because we booked through Expedia and they didn’t realize I already paid. They tried to charge me again for the room. The lady was very sweet and understood, but my payment takes over 2 weeks to come back! Multiple different people tried to come into our room, they kept assigning our room to other people checking it. One person even walked in while I was changing. There was hair all over the towels also, so make sure you are getting clean ones! The rooms are clean otherwise and it’s only 10 min from pretty much everything !

Bath tub shower didn’t work there was mud in the elevator floor the toilet rack was broken the handle where the towels are Hung fell when I touched it no closet but it’s standing metal closet in the room no vanity in the bath just to sink on the toilet however the Werking staff were very nice and the restaurant service was good and the food was very nice

Floors in the hotel room were extremely dirty. We had a room on the road side of the hotel and it was extremely loud at all hours. Overall the room had a nice amount of space. Served it’s purpose and is close to downtown without being downtown.

The location across the bridge from new Orleans is close enough for me a mall across the streets from the hotel ihop down the street free parking is so great the bar at the hotel is nice everything i come to new Orleans im stay there

Breakfast was very limited especially for the price. Dinner was okay. Rooms toilets has a lingering noise after flushing. Tubs water sat in them while showering. Moisture in the room is horrible and yes very noisy by the highway. The staff unwilling to be helpful. Room door locks unsafe.

I like how friendly everyone was. I liked that they had decorated the lobby and how good it smelled every time we walked in through the doors. things I didn’t like light in bathroom was way to bright and toilet seat should not move left to right when sitting on it. Overall a good stay
