Good location, nice staff

Yeah it was okay. A few things here and there could have been better. The smell of human urine in the parking garage being one of them. The room didn’t have like a luggage holder, there wasn’t really anywhere to eat any food and the night time noise/music from the casino traveled all the way up to the 25th floor and got really annoying after midnight when we’re trying to get to bed but otherwise it was a perfect trip.

Property was near ball fields and casino gave us late night food options . Hotel overpriced for lack of breakfast bar or othercservices as part of stay. Couple extra fees added after booking raised my rate $100

Was hard to find the parking garage as everthing is under construction, area will be great when done,would stay again,only bad thing when leaving we could not get elevator to go down,had to walk 19 floors down with luggage.

Its a decent hotel, the casino is fun. The staff were all fantastic. There is only 1 tiny trash can in the room, could be better...this results in trash being left outside room doors. There was a few puppy pads with dog poop in the hallway, not a great look.

The hotel is beautiful! The beds are so comfortable, rooms are beautiful and the staff is so friendly and helpful! Not easy to get to because of all the construction, but they can’t help that. I have never been in a hotel that the lobby smelled so good! Will stay there again for a Tigers game; great walking distance to the field.

Only 3 of 8 elevators working.

Waited 15 minutes for an elevator, no iron or ironing board, 50.00 for a one hour late check out, check in was at 4 pm. Restaurants on the property were bad. I have stayed at this property several times years ago, now its under new ownership and it's not as good as it once was. However the slots do pay.

Great location, however very hard to find due to all the construction and detours. Room was okay but needed a deep clean, honestly thought the room was going to be nicer with such an expensive price tag! The toilet was very wiggly something is definitely wrong with the toilet in 2095. Bathroom could use a deep clean was definitely not cleaned well before our stay. Beds were comfy. People were being loud in the middle of the night that was unpleasant as I am a light sleeper and woke me! Overall I’ve stayed in better hotels that were less expensive and way cleaner.

I paid $171 for a room through a third-party booking site. When I arrived with my partner, we had multiple issues with the room key—had to go back and forth to the front desk several times—until we were finally given a different room. I even have a video in the room at 12:47 a.m. as proof that we were checked in and present. Despite this, the hotel tried to charge me a $1,645 no-show fee. That makes absolutely no sense. If the room was $171, how does a no-show fee plus any additional charges total over $1,600? It’s completely unjustified and feels like a scam. To make things worse, when I went to dispute it, I was met with harsh, unprofessional, and racist remarks from the hotel manager, Brayden, who told me, “You know your people—you probably spent it at the casino and forgot.” Not only is that deeply offensive and racist, but it’s also factually wrong: you can’t use a credit card at the casino, and I don’t gamble. This place is untrustworthy, disrespectful, and discriminatory. I would never recommend staying here to anyone. Save your money and your dignity—go somewhere else.

Nice clean hotel

View was good. Room was ok besides the stain bedsheets and broken door to the fridge. Small fridge was not cold enough. Front staff were missing and there was a line. No one was around to ask for help and or on their phones.
