It was fine! Not enough towels in the room so called for more but they never came (there were only 2 even though we checked in with 4 ppl) there was also leftover food in the fridge from previous guest
The staff were nice
A lot of construction so a little hard to get around but not the fault of the hotel

This hotel was not what I expected. Rooms lacked basic amenities- no soap, shampoo, iron, etc. Toilet had skid marks from previous guest and there was long black hair all over the room. Major construction, with road and sidewalk closures.

We love staying at this property but I wish the rooms received better cleaning between guests. The rug in our room desperately needed vacuuming. The amount of other guests hair we found in our bathroom & on our bedding was unacceptable.

Hotel was really nice. Room was modern and very clean. Nice amenities. Valet parking was easy. Casino was fun. Great location if you’re going to a ballgame or football game. Both stadiums are walkable. Very safe area.

My son and I came to Detroit for a father/son weekend. We booked a room with two queens. Upon arrival we were told that we would have to be placed in a king room, but a cot would be sent up to our room. Not arriving in the room, it became extremely clear that there was nowhere this bed could conveniently go without blocking the only access to half of the room! I'm disabled, so I cannot be in a room without freedom of movement. We called and told front desk to forget delivering the cot. So, for well over $300 for the night, my 34-year-old son and his 65-year-old disabled father got to share a king bed. I personally think either our rate should have been adjusted downward or some aspect of our stay at Hollywood casino's Greektown Hotel should have been comped by the hotel for this major inconvenience.

Hotel was nice room was modern however there were no batteries in my remote. They told me they would send some up. They did not get there till 1230 at night when I was already asleep they said they would leave them at the door but instead they knocked very loudly And then the next day no maid service came to my room at all when I got back at 10 PM

The stay was phenominal. This is really one of the best Detroit has to offer. It looks like the mini fridge was removed from our room, but everything else was extravagant. Softest, biggest king-sized bed my girl and I ever slept on. The shower was big enough to fit both of us. We couldn't help but have a good time.

Great, clean hotel, very clean. A 15 minute walk from Ford Field and Comerica Park. Near Monroe street for restaurants but basically nothing in the hotel. Neighborhood under heavy construction.
