If you don't care about cleanliness, this might be a gross hotel for you. The sheets and curtains were stained. The bathroom floors had mold in the grout and the floors weren't clean at all. The bedside table had white crusty stuff on it. Most of the staff were stoic and uncaring and one really nice lady who gave us complementary water. Complementary toiletries were empty. We won't be back

Hidden fees charged at check in even though I paid in full. Unhelpful staff. Contacted management, was told by staff to leave a message on manager’s direct line. Was never contacted by manager or hotel. Get into room and its dirty and dusty and small. Way overpriced and I am unlikely to return

Corners of the cabinet where the refrigerator was had crumbs. A there was dust inside the cabinet. There was hair left on the floors and I found a pill @ the edge of the bed. There was also stains on the comforter.

It was fine! Not enough towels in the room so called for more but they never came (there were only 2 even though we checked in with 4 ppl) there was also leftover food in the fridge from previous guest

This hotel was not what I expected. Rooms lacked basic amenities- no soap, shampoo, iron, etc. Toilet had skid marks from previous guest and there was long black hair all over the room. Major construction, with road and sidewalk closures.
