I was given a key to an occupied room. I walked in there was a dog sitting in the chair looking at me as I was walking in the room. The bed was unmade as if someone had been laying in the bed already and the television was on.
I went back down to guest service, they were as shocked as I was and the manager and another person went to the room and found just as described. I was given another room and an apology but was expecting so much more.

The rooms were very outdated, chipping paint, no USB ports on tv nor smart tvs. Not to mention it was the ABSOLUTE TIGHTEST CASINO I have ever visited. I’d definitely choose another place.

Well when we got to the hotel, they had just experienced a power outage. They explained you would have limited access to the restaurant and the casino will be closed. We were told this might take a few hours but ended up being the entire day. We basically lost a day of vacation.

I guess it goes without saying the smoke smell and actual cigarette smoke was not super pleasant. There was a chair in our room that had multiple stains on it. There was no shower gel. Other than that, we slept well and enjoyed the atmosphere of the resort, especially the band playing in the casino.
