I had a truly pleasant stay here! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Jaden was especially caring — we had some great conversations that made my stay even more enjoyable. I also had a fun encounter with a young lady in the elevator who had such a bubbly and hilarious attitude (wish I remembered her name!).
Jose at the valet stood out with his dedication and professionalism, and Cooper was very observant and always ready to help. A special shoutout to Peter, the general manager, who took the time to teach my family and me how to play a game in the lounge — such a thoughtful touch!
The rooms were clean and comfortable. While the main elevators were out of service during our visit, the service elevator was functioning, and the setup with the ring cameras and attentive staff on duty was a clever and reassuring solution.
Overall, a great experience — I would absolutely stay here again!

It was a few minor things that I didn't care for. Both elevators were down, apparently they have been down since the hurricane. One elevator is used with a Ring doorbell system or you have to do the stairs! Our room wasn't a 100% clean, found dust bunnies and little trash in the corner. Our room door didn't completely close, had to push it in, didn't discover until the last day. Overall, it was ok, close to the airport.

wait the elevator for 5 mins. 3 elevators avliable but only 1 in use. I have no idea which smart guy come with use people to replace with the elevator security system. It's like install rings in every level and ring the bell to call an elevator..... genuis

Elevators still not working. Annoying. Room OK but a bit “tired”. Slope on bathroom floor completely off so water all over after showering. Location a bit boring. Close to airport though. Would not stay again.

This property is conveniently located near the airport, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Issues: they only have one working elevator since the hurricanes last year and someone from the staff has to sit inside and operate it, you may be waiting for the elevator, they must have day passes for the pool because the pool was usually overcrowded and out of seats, there is a lot of noise from the highway and airport. Convenient for the price but you may be able to do better in the area with a little research.

This property is very nice. The only down fall is they only have one elevators due to the hurricane right now and if they are busy it gets a little backed up. Over all very nice place!!

Customer service in valet (specifically a young woman working late night/ early morning) and management was terrible. Only one elevator for the whole hotel including staff. You have to give yourself 25 min to go up or down to your room so plan accordingly.
