Only had one elevator bed sheets on bed or dirty. They had a lot of damage from November 2024 hurricane but did not let their customers know that before they arrive very noisy a lot of maintenance needs to be done and updates.

Only 1 elevator working. When inquiring about how long the other 2 have been down, the operator stated “over a year”. Property clean and cute pool area.

The bartenders are the best. I will literally stay here every time I stay in Tampa just for a guaranteed good time.

It was a nice hotel the pool was bery nice and clean but the elevator wasnt working needed to use the stairs so carrying luggage down was hard

The accommodations were beautiful & comfortable. Location was easily accessible in an extremely busy city.

I traveled here to visit my daughter so we could have a little get away. The hotel charged my card the day before i even arrived and upon arrival i was then told i would be charged another 200 for my stay in which i was not told by Hotels.com or anyone else. The gentleman at front desk was kinda rude. The elevators did not work except one for the entire hotel which had a ring doorbell for it and an employee working the elevator. The tv did not work at first, the fridge was not a fridge and barely kept anything cold or held much food for the 4 days we were there. Ice machine on floor was broken so we had to go up or down a flight to get ice. No microwave in room only one was in lobby. I had to extend an extra night due to dialysis and a flight so i rebooked with hotels.com so i went to dialysis and recieved a text message from hotel to all guests that the only elevator working was now not working anymore either and then was told my room has been moved from the 7th floor to first. I explain theres no way for me to go down 7 flights so they offered to move my things but i was uncomfortable with strangers goings through my personal items, medications and so forth but had no choice. The new room was nice but toilet did not work correctly and had issues with the streaming services again. The staff was sweet though and helped so much as well as the restaurant staff. Its a beautiful hotel but the issues this stay kinda put a damper for it being our first time. Atleast a one day refun

The rooms were clean and the check-in process was quick. However, the wait time for the elevator was both inconvenient and excessive. Having an elevator operator seemed unnecessary, as guests could easily operate the elevator themselves. I also didn’t appreciate that parking wasn’t included and required an additional fee. Overall, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again and would prefer a non-Tapestry property instead.

Elevator was down

I really enjoyed the pool it was the perfect temperature and depth. What really turned me off about this hotel was the elevator situation as it has been mentioned in other reviews. Only 1 elevator works and its operator by 1 employee. The way you call it is by pressing the button on a ring door camera which is being watched by the elevator operator an a iPad. For this reason I will probably not stay here again specially for a 4 star hotel. Another thing is the rooms are really small and they do not have much lighting inside the rooms. The Queen bed is more like a twin bed but very comfortable. The food is not that great at the Spaniard, I did enjoy their cocktails .

The property was great to stay at, I would return to this hotel. There was only one elevator working due to hurricane damage. The staff was very polite and accommodating.

Staff wasn’t friendly or welcoming. Front desk seemed annoyed to check us in. Multiple areas of construction going on and equipment lying in halls. Only one working elevator; you had to ring a doorbell and wait for an employee to pick you up, the guy literally said he skipped people if they were on phone or not paying attention (he could see everyone on camera). So elevator service incredibly slow. We had four people in our room, only two towels. Most outlets in room not working. Very dusty and sticky tables.

Perfect location and close to everything!

Not as advertised. Safety is not a priority. Recommend close down and revamp. Especially the elevators and dark hallways to rooms.
