I would say if your traveling for business and need a place to sleep this place is it. The room was clean and comfortable. If your staying with children, i would not recommend. While they did have a pool thats all that they really had to offer for them. The hotel is also under construction, so they only had one working elevator for the whole hotel. They only had one restaurant which we did not try. There are plenty of restaurants around. We tried to call room services and they never answered. Overall it was ok. But i would not stay again

I selected this property primarily because it was the venue for a work seminar I was attending. The convenience it offered was certainly a significant advantage. While the majority of the staff were helpful and courteous, there were a few who appeared less enthusiastic about assisting with requests. The hotel room itself was clean. However, upon arrival, the atmosphere resembled that of a dance club. A private event was taking place near the pool area at 9:30 PM, and the loud music permeated the hotel, which was not ideal. The conference room was situated next to the elevator shafts, and the intermittent noise of a hammer drill made it challenging to concentrate and learn from the instructor. (Considering the three-day seminar, a day was essentially lost, and I had an exam on Saturday morning.) Although they did move me to a different room the following day... Furthermore, with only one elevator out of three operational, getting to and from my room became a considerable inconvenience, sometimes taking 5 to 10 minutes. This was particularly frustrating, as my room was on the 9th floor. Given these experiences, I would not choose to stay here again. It seems unlikely that this establishment merits a four-star rating; perhaps two stars would be more appropriate?

Only one of three elevators working. It looked as if the hotel was nice at some point, but not very well maintained. Didn’t feel welcomed.

Didn’t end up staying at the hotel. The elevator situation was a ring doorbell with someone sitting in the elevator with a tablet going to the different floors picking up people. The hallways to the rooms were dark and badly lit. Didn’t feel comfortable, so we checked out less than 30 minutes after checking in.

It was a lot of fun. It was like traveling back in time especially the elevator operator. It’s like he could pick any dimension to drop you off. It was fun or maybe that was the wine.

2 of the 3 elevators are inoperable making accessing the room floors slow and inconsistent. Rooms have low ceilings and small windows, making them claustrophobic. the AC is right next to the bed so when it kicks in, its startling to sleep next to it. Clearly an old building that has been touched up over the years but probably needs to be demolished and re-built. no complaints about cleanliness.

Disappointed in the room sizes, very small. Pictures on site look a lot different than in person. Beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly, pool nice. Elevator took a long time. Tight quarters

Great stay overall! Convenient location near the airport and mall. Only one elevator was working due to past storm damage, but everything else was smooth. Would stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay here it was super clean, house keeping comes to your room every day and will clean if you want. A lot of the staff will get off work and come hang out at the pool and will also give advice on where to go in the area. The drinks at the pool side bar was amazing and Brian the bar tender is such a vibe and a lovely person. I will definitely be coming back again I really enjoyed myself. The only downside is the elevator being broken but they made the best out of what they had and have an attendant which I loved it made me feel 10x safer getting on and off the elevator! Definitely would recommend anyone checking them out!

The best location to stay at to explore and enjoy the city. I didn't like the elevator situation but hopefully it gets fixed soon.

Out of 4 or so elevators, only 1 works. The pictures are definitely dated, as it is not as nice in person. Also, not very family friendly as stated.

Place was great . Ambiance , pool , lobby , entrance . Rooms was beautiful- Love love . Now the elevator situation?!? Unexpected and unacceptable. Like really ? During Memorial Day Holiday? Then come to find out ,this is not a recent incident . It’s been broken for over 9 months!!! And only 1 out of 3 was working . I was nervous every time I had to get in the elevator . Just the fact that an employee had to be sitting inside at all times to work an elevator through a iPad and see who was waiting on each floor . Then the loud noice it kept making every time it passed a floor like if something was about to break - Nerves were on edge! If it weren’t for the elevators I would give it a 5 stars

Great place! Four stars instead of 5 due to elevators being out of order. Service elevator is the only working one.

Awesome hotel near the stadium and airport. Looks pretty fancy for the price. Great outdoor area for grabbing a bite, a drink, or soaking in the pool.

The staff were Kind, attentive, & impeccable!! The atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing; very clean. The beds were very comfortable.

om start to finish, the staff made us feel right at home friendly, helpful, and always available. The rooms were spotless and super cozy, and the parties was the nice Icing on the cake. This is location is great for all ages and pets.
