Hotel Alba Tampa Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Was involved with a plumbing issue with water coming in the room.thru the wall. Got reassigned but no sense of urgency.. no apologies..mo comp nice hotel though.. fun pool party. One of those I'm not sure how to rate it

The area was nice and convenient to the airport. The hotel parking is limited to the back and not many spaces. The elevator is a single running elevator for the whole building. The decor was nice. The room was clean too. Easy checkout

Excellent, for the Price

Be advised airport shuttle is from 0700. If you have an early flight be prepared to pay for it out of pocket as the hotel will not offer any coordination for you to assist. Had to pay $60 for a 2.2 mile airport shuttle. Only one working elevator with an hotel representative in the elevator so very tight space. Felt somewhat uncomfortable.

The elevator was out, om the one working elevator needed to be operated by staff, it was a ring doorbell to call it. Things happen, that's understandable but the hotel should be more open to tell you before your stay at, what is advertised, as a top rated hotel. There was missing wallpaper near one of the elevators you could tell was like that for some time, the peel and stick (or whatever) floating floors were more peel than stick. Walking barefoot sounded like heels as the floor hit the subfloor under foot. They nickel and dime you on everything and don't give enough of anything. We ran out of towels and conditioner, $18 to park your own car, traditionally free breakfast (at ALL of the cheap places) is $25 per person. They offered even less than a free Marriott breakfast. Overall, it's not bad, a bit run down and underwhelming. Some of the people that work there are really great. It's not a bad stay, just not as upscale as the advertising.

The water had a stinky smell in my room/ The toilet hardly flushed right. I had hair in my tub. Most of the staff was nice.

The staff is absolutely amazing EXCEPT for the valet staff which is third party. Rude

The property was very comfortable and well kept. The food there was also great as well! Definitely a go to if you’re in the Tampa area.

Almost perfect, except for the elevator inconvenience

I’m understanding that hotels have breakdowns, and renovations. But to go from 3 elevators to just one, during weekend time period. And to have no mention of it during the setup of the reservation, and no comment about it during check-in; felt very bait and switch. Better communication about the “arriving” process would have been helpful. Lots of signs about valet, with no attendant, and no information about self parking until @ the desk; seemed very disjointed. I guess they handled the situation as best w/an attendant running it.

Nice Hotel. stayed in a room by the pool. very nice, large living room. comfortable and clean. breakfast was great. dinner menu was not appealing.

Only had one elevator bed sheets on bed or dirty. They had a lot of damage from November 2024 hurricane but did not let their customers know that before they arrive very noisy a lot of maintenance needs to be done and updates.

Only 1 elevator working. When inquiring about how long the other 2 have been down, the operator stated “over a year”. Property clean and cute pool area.

The bartenders are the best. I will literally stay here every time I stay in Tampa just for a guaranteed good time.

It was a nice hotel the pool was bery nice and clean but the elevator wasnt working needed to use the stairs so carrying luggage down was hard
