Hotel Alba Tampa Tapestry Collection by Hilton

This was a nice hotel but my room was hot majority of my stay. The AC was set to 60 but my room never got any cooler than 75 degrees.

No working elevators go to go down the stairs outside and they’re painting the stairs had it blocked off no American speaking, housekeepers problems with the air conditioner in the room

3 minutes from airport , hotel made lots of effort to resolve issues.

Only thing was elevator. Due to flood only 1 elevator workoing but made best of it

2 of 3 elevators were out of service, we were on 10th floor. We were told they have been out of service for months. Room service never came to our room. We were there for 4 nights. I had to find a maid on another floor to ask for towels. The bar was supposed to open at 5pm and typically did not open until 530-6pm. We will not stay here again.

I didn’t like that the elevator was out of service.

Nice property but entrance was not clearly marked and there was only one working elevator.

The front desk and management are so thoughtful. I stayed here to take the FL Bar and they left me a care package in preparation to take the Bar. It was such a nice gesture. Great comfy hotel, highly recommend staying here!

This is a beautiful property that is well maintained with a fewat staff in all areas i stayed here with my grandson last weekend and they didnt disappoint. That outside bar and seating around pool is amazing and my room and view was clean and cozy. My adult children loved the bar area and the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly I would stay again in a heartbeat

I loved everything about this stay but the parking. Even with a booking, there’s hardly any parking spaces in the back and if there is one, you can’t get your car in between the spaces. We ended up having to park in valet which the staff were super friendly about it.

Was involved with a plumbing issue with water coming in the room.thru the wall. Got reassigned but no sense of urgency.. no apologies..mo comp nice hotel though.. fun pool party. One of those I'm not sure how to rate it

The area was nice and convenient to the airport. The hotel parking is limited to the back and not many spaces. The elevator is a single running elevator for the whole building. The decor was nice. The room was clean too. Easy checkout

Excellent, for the Price

Be advised airport shuttle is from 0700. If you have an early flight be prepared to pay for it out of pocket as the hotel will not offer any coordination for you to assist. Had to pay $60 for a 2.2 mile airport shuttle. Only one working elevator with an hotel representative in the elevator so very tight space. Felt somewhat uncomfortable.

The elevator was out, om the one working elevator needed to be operated by staff, it was a ring doorbell to call it. Things happen, that's understandable but the hotel should be more open to tell you before your stay at, what is advertised, as a top rated hotel. There was missing wallpaper near one of the elevators you could tell was like that for some time, the peel and stick (or whatever) floating floors were more peel than stick. Walking barefoot sounded like heels as the floor hit the subfloor under foot. They nickel and dime you on everything and don't give enough of anything. We ran out of towels and conditioner, $18 to park your own car, traditionally free breakfast (at ALL of the cheap places) is $25 per person. They offered even less than a free Marriott breakfast. Overall, it's not bad, a bit run down and underwhelming. Some of the people that work there are really great. It's not a bad stay, just not as upscale as the advertising.

The water had a stinky smell in my room/ The toilet hardly flushed right. I had hair in my tub. Most of the staff was nice.
