The front desk and management are so thoughtful. I stayed here to take the FL Bar and they left me a care package in preparation to take the Bar. It was such a nice gesture. Great comfy hotel, highly recommend staying here!

This is a beautiful property that is well maintained with a fewat staff in all areas i stayed here with my grandson last weekend and they didnt disappoint. That outside bar and seating around pool is amazing and my room and view was clean and cozy. My adult children loved the bar area and the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly I would stay again in a heartbeat

Check in staff was not as welcoming. I had to ask my room number and was told it was on the key card … overall the stay was good. 2nd elevator was restored on the last trip they are small hot and cramped. Pool side suite was spacious and quiet. Only downside was the tiny window in the bedroom. Bathroom and living area very spacious. I would stay again.

The hotel is ideally situated near the airport. The lobby is modern and has a bar and good restaurant.
We reported the broken lamp as soon as we arrived but nothing was done about it. The bathroom sink over flow was filthy and not cleaned once; similarly with the fridge, the side of it was dirty and the floor not hoovered.

Hotel did not live up to the online pics and reviews. Elevators were down to one working and ring cameras were how you were picked up. The room was small and the hotel was dark like they were trying to cover something up. I checked in went to my room and came right back and checked out. I could not stay one night there.

It was a okay stay. Charged $18/day for parking and the parking lot was filled each night we were there. We drove around several times until we finally made the choice to just park on the side and move the car in the am. Also only one elevator works. You have to press a ring camera bell and there’s a staff member inside operating it.

No working elevators go to go down the stairs outside and they’re painting the stairs had it blocked off no American speaking, housekeepers problems with the air conditioner in the room

2 of 3 elevators were out of service, we were on 10th floor. We were told they have been out of service for months. Room service never came to our room. We were there for 4 nights. I had to find a maid on another floor to ask for towels. The bar was supposed to open at 5pm and typically did not open until 530-6pm. We will not stay here again.

I loved everything about this stay but the parking. Even with a booking, there’s hardly any parking spaces in the back and if there is one, you can’t get your car in between the spaces. We ended up having to park in valet which the staff were super friendly about it.
