Excellent stay that was cozy but still fun... Would stay there every time I come back to Tampa!

Stayed 6 nights. The hotel rooms are peaceful and very clean allowing for a good night sleep. The pool area is also lively for a little fun with a poolside bar. Very clean and in a great area. The hotel staff are amazing which made the stay even better. This will be my go to hotel. Single female traveler felt very safe the whole time.

Food options were a little limited.

Random facade hotel in an industrial area. 1 elevator was working. Everything was dirty. The people in the next room were yelling and partying all night. Lift the rug up in your room - i guarantee it hasn't been cleaned in months. For such a high rated hotel I thought I would have a different experience. Would not stay there again.

Property was great. The only dislike was the issue with the elevators. Although, the employees did a great job of managing it!

No established directional signage. A complicated maze.

This place should have been a 5 . In looks alone. However , they never put enough towels in your room for a family of 4 , we had to call mutiple times, tleven in a night some nights. They dont clean the room well. The propety was clean the room cleaning was very marginal and the sheets and towels had stains . They didnt care about thow much the propety smelt like weed, almost the entire time. The staff was around and didnt seemed to care people were smoking weed at the pool and in the rooms, kids were around . You can hear everything in the hotel rooms. Even from other rooms . They charge your card , had to call and remove charges a week after our trip. They are accommodating and nice staff just can tell they are not in the bussiness of hospitality needs of travelers that are using this hotel as a home base on their vacation. They staff was nice and helpful when you needed things .

I loved my stay at Hotel Alba! customer service is amazing they make sure you are having the best time with your stay, from the breakfast to the amazing pool and the shuttle transportation I was really impressed by all the services this hotel had to offer, would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

The elevator was broken

I just believe the advertisements for this establishment were a bit misleading. Three restaurants? Just one. Two separate bars. Library? Nope. Convenience store? Some tums and a couple bottles of Gatorade on a shelf essentially. That being said - the staff was wonderful! Friendly, helpful, kind - over and above! The owners and management of this property should be proud of their employees! Top notch team !
