We have stayed at numerous Hyatt Places are the midwest and are usually pleased with our stay. But this one, not so much. Doors on the shower wouldn’t open all the way, glass was clean so clearly whomever cleaned the room didn’t care enough to have maintenance fix it before their next guess. Opening the bathroom door and shutting it is impossible without walking in the shower, which coincidentally didn’t work so great. The heater squealed on and off all evening, was quite brisk out, so it woke us up numerous times throughout the night as it cycled. On the positive side, staff was friendly, breakfast was warm, keys for the doors worked flawlessly. There are alot better places to stay for the same money or less in the same location.

Good breakfast and regularly restocked. Rooms are nicely laid out and clean. Parking convenient. People pleasant. Price is right.
Folks could use primer on making coffee (could see the bottom of the cup) and the room doors slam really loud so you are awakened when other guests come home or leave their room in the morning and you can hear all conversations in the hallway. Otherwise was good experience and I recommend but bring some instant coffee to add to the coffee and either ear plugs, sleeping pills, or a loud fan for sleeping.

My room was right across from the elevators and I could hear people all night! The heater made clicking noises all the time until it would turn on! Told the front desk and nothing happened! I had to sleep with the heat off! One day they did not clean my room, told a staff member later in the day when I came back and it never got cleaned! Food was good, but the portions were taken quickly!

I booked the 2 queen bed with full pullout sofa. Its myself my two nephews my two boys and my mother. We all slept very comfortable. The sheets on the bed weren't so clean so I had them give us extra, to change the bed ourselves. The door to the bathroom was a issue. Your can't be on the toilet and open or close the bathroom door without it hitting you knee, its a really tight bathroom. Staff were amazing and accommodating. Everything you need is less than 6 minutes away. Target Cub (krogers or publix) dollar tree liquor store pet store even a small mall. Even with the small issues ill stay at this location again.
