The Hyatt had a super clean lobby and rooms. LOVE the shape of the rooms with the seating area and separate bedroom area. Bathrooms were nice. The breakfast was delicious. The seating area for the breakfast is a little wonky as it is also the lobby seating but I guess if you don’t have room, you make accommodations.

One of our favorite hotels. Clean, great staff, excellent breakfast and swimming pool. Although, this is the first time we stayed on the sixth floor and the noise from the interstate was noticeably louder than oue past stays there.

It was extremely loud due to the traffic from the nearby highway-it was difficult to sleep. Additionally, the room we were assigned had the lights of the hotel shining all night, so even with the blackout curtain drawn down, the light shone through all night. Between these two factors, it was not a restful night of sleep!

I wiped down the walls and found a few unclean areas. The shower had private hair inside, so I had to use a large towel for the floor, but the housekeeping was amazing, and they were willing to help. The breakfast was a nice touch, but the plates and bowls, and such needed a better cleaning job. Coffee was never hot, and the food choices would have been nice if they were a bit warmer and better. The hotel itself was nice, and I felt safe for sure. The staff was a ten out of ten!!!

Property was nice staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast served was average but the kitchen staff worked hard to make sure everything stayed stocked which we appreciated. Our room was clean. The bathroom door needs replacing because it was cracked and pealing from the bottom. The water didn’t get as hot as I would have liked in the shower. But overall our stay was a good one.
