We stayed at this hotel to attend a football game at Levi’s stadium. We couldn’t have had a better place to stay. The game was easy to walk to and the bar was a fun place pre and post game.

The property is outdated, old carpet. The rooms are tiny and expensive. There is only one bar and there is nothing in the area so you’re pretty much stuck at the hotel the whole time and that’s you’re driving. Nothing walking distance. (perfect for a Niners game, however, great America is out of business)

The cleaning lady knocked on my door asked to clean I said yes and then she said something else and I didn’t know what she said and she called me annoying. She then knocked on my door a second time and asked if I was having a party in my room and I said no opened my door and said it’s just me and my child.. so rude I have never experience that.

From 2am- 5am several rooms next door were knocking and shouting. We could not sleep, and we were here for a 7am conference the next morning. I called the front desk twice but nothing changed.

We really like the close proximity to Levi's stadium. The hours for the market were a little unpredictable, maybe we missed a posting of the hours? All of the staff were very friendly.

Love this hotel for walking distance to Levi Stadium. We did have to pay extra for roll away bed and then it wasn’t brought up to room until 9pm when we had to call and ask for it. Also had to check out in person to correct the bill.

Room was ready ahead of check in time... very clean and tidy. Parking was available for a fee and very close to the hotel. A onsite restaurant and store was very handy.
Attended a 49er game, within walking distance made it nice not having to use public transit or parking at the stadium.

I called and asked for an early check in... they said if they had room ready it was no problem when I got to the property, they charged me 100 fee.. then parking, and room services fees are off the chart
