We came for a girls weekend, and the property was perfect. Close to great restaurants and sites. We parked the car in the offsite parking for $10 per day and walked everywhere. I thought the $150 dog fee was excessive; I think a deposit would’ve been more appropriate with a lower fee for extra cleaning.

The hotel staff were phenomenal. The room with city view was amazingly spacious. The linen service was daily. The bathrooms were surprisingly smaller. Plus the valet was too expensive at $50/day.

Unfortunately I have stayed at many Hyatt and was informed at time of check in , unexpected fees. The hotel charged for parking at at rate of additional 25 daily on top of the security fee.

Check in started of wrong. But Mr. Jordan took care of it. The room was okay, bath room was really small. The staff at the restaurant in the morning had great customer service. Wasn’t happy about the cost of valet parking, but it worked out for the best being convenient.

Stayed on the weekend and they had a lot of complementary items when we checked in had a free glass of wine also had complementary beer tasting at a certain time and also provided us with a $10 credit to use at their store overall great experience great location to everything shopping bars, food

Hotel was in a great location, walking distance to everything while conveniently located on River St. The room was a decent size and hotel was clean. There is a $50 per night valet fee and a $25 destination fee at the property so costs add up quickly. With the destination fee, you are offered 2 water bottles and a $5 pantry credit. Make sure to use the credit before your checkout day, I stood 2 nights and went to use the credit for an item upon checking out and they told me I couldn’t use it on checkout day, which literally makes no sense but whatever. There is a restaurant located in the hotel and cute rooftop bar overlooking the city/river.
