We love staying here for our Denver stays its our go 2 stop when we need to stay a night or 2 rooms are beautiful and staff is friendly dont judge this place by its outer appearance the rooms are newly updated and theres no bugs its not fancy but its perfect for a couple and close to downtown we call thos place our hidden gem !

My husband and I entered the room. It smelled bad and was very outdated. It made me feel very unsanitary and there was a gap under the door so big that show was coming into the room. My husband and I immediately left and stayed elsewhere. I was trying to convince myself it was only for one night but just couldn’t stay. On the other hand, the staff at the front desk were very friendly when we checked in.

Very very disappointed with this booking. Rooms where soo dirty. First room had not been cleaned. Human feces left in the toilet. Used towels in the bathtub. White powdery substance on the counter… would not recommend to anyone in the near for far future.

Don't do it. The property in the picture is not the hotel. As a matter of fact this is a run down crackville of a place and there are no pictures of what you are getting into. Don't do it.

No heat in the room and it took 30 min to warm up the hot water enough for a luke warm shower for 7 min. Front desk staff extremely rude except for the gal text checked me. Acted like I should feel privileged that they were there for me.

This hotel was so filthy and has junkies all over. I checked in, then checked out within a few minutes. The lady at the front desk switched my room from one filthy room to another.. then got rude when i contacted Expedia for a refund. The filthy room was clean to "her" standard.. which are obviously low and gross. I pity her as well

Really needs updating. Went to our room, windows were dirty, electrical panel was off and when we questioned it they asked why we took it off- we didn't. Honestly it just felt dirty over all.
