Really nice. Shower needs attention, but that’s the only concern I had.

I wish we had stayed here for n the past. It was great. The font porch on the main inn was great space to hang out & have a cocktail. Just make sure there are not any rooms. The breakfast was good. Only issue we had was our card word deactivate which was a fix quickly. The ice machine were great. Will recommend this place in the future.

Bought a room for the Red Bud MX weekend, the hotel was nice and didn't have any problems during our stay overall!

Have stayed here a few times — amazing value and location for the price. Staff is extremely friendly! This time, Expedia messed up the reservation but they made sure to take care of it. We’ll be back!

This was a fine stay, although I ran into some issues around maintenance. The bed was fine, and the property seemed very clean. The room's layout was odd. Both TVs did not work ("no connection"), which I discovered the last evening when I settled in to watch a movie. I didn't ask for help because I didn't want to deal with it. My hair dryer did not work (they brought me a new one on request). The sink drain smelled really musty and drained very slowly, which was gross when washing my face, brushing teeth or getting water. A knob fell off the faucet. A sign in the room said housekeeping would only be provided upon request, so I was very startled to come in after my second night and find that someone had made the bed, etc., which I had not requested -- that made me uncomfortable, and I would have left a tip had I known (and requested) service. Good location to Notre Dame U and easy parking.

Incredible location. Has seen its better days. Being a huge Notre Dame fan it’s about as close as you can get to campus. Could see the Dome from the front porch. Was comfortable and a nice place with a lot of history. A few upgrades would go a long way.

What a wonderful place to stay. The Ideal location, parking is super convenient. The rooms are great size and comfortable. All very clean. And the breakfast at FarmBell Kitchen is the best. Highly recommend if you prefer a smaller hotel.

Really nice for an older hotel. Right across from Notre Dame athletic fields. Only negatives are beds are hard (not terrible though), took forever for the water to heat up, and slightly dated decor. Room is huge. Clean. And close our venue.

Convenient location to the University of Notre Dame, particularly if you like to walk. The property is a little dated but comfortable.

Very nice room. #14 However, heater in bedroom was blowing cold air. Chilly room.. tv not working in bedroom, called but they said use remote. I did. Didn't work. 1 night , i managed. Breakfast was great. Breakfast staff great. Yes, ill return. Great location too.
