Arrived in the dark and leaving in the dark

7 vehicles broken into and the front desk didn’t care at all.

A lot of things were broken, there were dust on the vents, and overall the building itself was very very old and need a facelift.

The room was a very nice size. The bed was very comfortable, linen was clean. The sofa in the living room area was OLD, STAINED, just bad condition to where I didn’t even sit on it. This hotel is in need of remodeling. The lobby was nicely decorated and clean. It was ok for a 2 night stay. Priced accordingly.

It was a short stay for me but, John at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

This hotel is absolutely terrible. The rooms smelled like pee 😳 😐

The building needs some major repairs and updates. I was scared to take a shower the tub was nasty! We didn’t have hot water. Never again avoid this place.

DO NOT STAY HERE! If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. I purchased the hotel through Expedia for my sister and me. She arrived to the hotel before me and the staff had her waiting FOR SEVERAL HOURS to provide her a ROOM (my flight had been delayed), blaming it on Expedia. When we got to our room, things seemed to be a little jankier than in the photos, but we figured we'd stick it our since we were there for two nights only. But it only got worse from there. The second night we came back to our room, we arrived to find A MAN SLEEPING IN OUR BED. When we looked further in the room we realized that ALL OF OUR THINGS WERE MISSING. After a frantic search, we learned that while we were away, the staff there had GONE THROUGH OUR belongings, packed up all of our things, and RESOLD the room that we paid for!!! They then proceeded to give us a smoky room that I couldn't even enter because it was so smoky. We then asked for another room where we were only able to get 3 hours of sleep. My sister cried because they had gone through all of our belongings and she did not feel safe in the hotel. In the morning, the hotel front desk person was rude to us and did not apologize for the mistake, choosing to lie to us instead of taking accountability. I am still traumatized from this situation. I have made a formal complaint to corporate at Wyndham and am awaiting a resolution to this horrible experience.

Very average. The room was old and run down. I was embarrassed to bring a friend there. It was 7 minutes from the airport and the beds weren’t terribly bad. Would not recommend for the price.

I felt unsafe from bed bug possibly, stains everywhere, not clean and due to weather could not leave. Please refund and key cash back.

You get what you pay for. TV not working. After going to the desk twice, he came up checked all the connections then moved the heavy piece of furniture it was on and found that the TV had been unplugged. Huge crack in the sink. No basket in the coffee pot to put coffee in so wasn't. able to use it. Certainly would not stay there again.

Old hotel. Toilet leaked. Noisy AC/heater. Limited breakfast choices.

Very close to the airport. If you can block out the sound of planes taking off like me, good deal for the price.

The exterior was nice. But once you got into the room it smelled of smoked, carpet was burned in several spots, also had stains all over, sheets were stained, and a lot more

I was very disappointed in my recent stay at La Quinta Airport South. I had a King Suite, but only one of two TVs was working, only one of two heat HVAC unit was working, there were dirty socks in the closet, and other trash not cleaned up. My three colleagues who I had booked rooms for had similar problems. This hotel is very run down, and I will never stay here again.

I arrived after midnight and it took over 25 minutes to get my key...that was aggravating,,,the night manager was pleasant enough, seemed competent enough, but just SLOW

Sold room i booked to someone else. Didn't have rooms with enough beds.
