Very nice accommodations

Friendly staff, great breakfast, very clean and quiet

Our experience was great! It started with excellent service, a great room, an amazing pool (hot tub could have been a little warmer) and a satisfying complimentary breakfast. We will definitely be back on our next trip! Thank you to the staff who were so nice and helpful. Also… I loved that the pool here is indoor and heated: and the one next door was not!

Hotel was at a very convenient location. Central to everything I needed to see and do.

Everything was very comfortable and the staff was excellent.

We were sent a link to check in and upload a photo of ID and pre auth credit card. It said we’d just retrieve our keys on arrival. The girl at the front desk insisted she must make another copy and I said no and asked for a manager. She told me we need it because we can’t see it once it’s in the system! After a conversation with the mgr - we did not. They looked at my iD to verify it was me and gave me the keys. We made our reservation prepaid 3 weeks ago. Requested 1st floor due to mobility issues and prior history at this hotel with elevator breaking. On the check in link requested 1st floor again. On arrival Nope. This also happened last stay so I ask why do you ask guests if you don’t read or honor? We were in room 201. If not for the herd of kids jumping for hours a time above us, The room was nice. The sofa bed though is impossible to sit comfortable on as it sinks in and is hard to get out of. Please replace these awful pieces as in a suite it’s where we watch tv! There was a new employee in training 2/13 afternoon. He’s a great hire, friendly and helpful. There’s a new breakfast girl and she was friendly and kept on top of making sure there was plenty of food till 9am. Such an improvement! There were also new workers in the later day and they were very friendly. No one was smoking at the entrance, so appreciate. Overall improvements enhanced our stay. Don’t stay on 2nd floor. You’ll get no rest. Please do better with requests.

Went to get a coffee at breakfast and a cockroach scurried across the table. TV did not work. Response was to change rooms. What a hassle.

I don’t think it’s appropriate to photo copy ID’s or credit cards.

Just an overnight. Staff was friendly. Danny's and startbucks next door. Would stay here again. Room was clean.

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and well maintained. We were bothered by our noisy neighbors though

The walls were thin and on the weekend we could hear patrons returning late from outings and watching their TV's late at night. We liked the pool and hot tub, breakfast was awesome. Staff friendly

This hotel was listed on Expedia as having a pet policy that only required a leash and a fee. However, when I checked in I was provided with a full page list of requirements. One was that the pet could not be left alone in the room. We were unable to do this as we were visiting my father-in law in the hospital. I attempted to cancel however they still required payment of my unused nights. The hotel misrepresented itself online and took my money.

This place was amazing. Clean and Mariah was so very helpful. They also texted us to say if we needed anything to just text. We decided to order pizza in so I texted and received several options with numbers to verify delivery.
