Very polite and helpful staff. Last minute booking due to weather, added an additional night due to snow accumulation and needed to drive some rural roads. Staff was very accomodating, the hot tub during the cold weather was a welcome distraction.

This hotel is super clean and staff was so pleasant and very professional! I really cannot say enough of how clean the place is! The pool area is nice and the breakfast was fresh and good. I highly recommend this stay! You won't be disappointed.

We have relatives in Bentonville. We won’t stay anywhere but here. The staff is always friendly and willing to help with any needs. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and well kept. The breakfast is great with lots of choices.
