Great stay. Top notch service. The gentlemen at the front desk gave us great advice on directions. We were close to the mall and some great eating places. Room was comfortable and clean.

Bed, linens, and pillow options were excellent. Decor is modern. Room was spacious (1 queen). Shower did not have a tub, but the water pressure and HOT water was *excellent* and needed during a Duluth lake-effect snowstorm. The breakfast included eggs, potatoes and sausage/bacon, so was adequate for a "first breakfast." Gym looked great, pool and hot tub looked inviting but were full of children during my visit. Very convenient to the airport and Caribou coffee is only 3-5 minutes away by car.

Very nice front desk. Bed and linens very comfortable. Would have liked a comfortable chair in room to sit and read. Looked bare in the corner where one would usually be. Was told “ remodeling”
Breakfast was very good with multiple options. Breakfast staff very pleasant, singing!! Will come again!

I was traveling with a school group. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good but front desk and housekeeping staff were yelling at each other and the housekeeping staff was rude. Kids of other guests were running up and down the hallways until about 2am.

Quiet,convenient, and close to mall. Breakfast varied and adequate. Fan in room was noisy but could be turned down. Evening staff at front desk wonderful but daytime staff made inappropriate comments to me, morning staff played loud rap music in kitchen and another did loud singing, cleaning staff watching sports game in empty room on TV at 6pm while dirty towels strewn throughout hall. Hotel needs to make some staffing changes otherwise recommend this place.

The only complaint we had was the bathtub was very slippery. They should put those sticky things down on the tub. Kind of scary when you’re older.

Hotel was fine but the beds are absolutely terrible. Extremely hard might as well sleep on the floor. One of the major reasons for a hotel is to get a good nights sleep. You can’t on these terrible mattresses.

Staff are friendly enough, but they could not get the reservation straight and charged the wrong card multiple times. Later called in and was left on hold for over 50 minutes, only to find out manager was on a conference call. Was very busy and understaffed. No manager onsite over thevweekend. Weed smell throughout 3rd floor. Very disappointed and left stressed out. Lousy annual family holiday vacation.

Stayed overnight with spouse and young children. Location is perfect. Close to shopping and dining. Our room was spacious however was not cleaned properly. There was spilt coffee on a table that was not cleaned up, crusty stains on the couch. We cleaned the spilt coffee ourselves and turned over the couch cushions. I did not trust the room had been cleaned which made me uncomfortable during my stay. The rooms are not soundproof, loud noises kept us up all night. Thank goodness we stayed for only one night. You get what you pay for.
