La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Duluth

I love this La Quinta location. 10-15 min from any Duluth item you have on your list, but yet out of the craziness that can be canal park. Quiet and always clean.

Our google directions took us the back way. Other than that, easy to find in daylight!

Lovely property. Convenient (not walking distance, but minutes drive) to downtown.

Property seemed great and rooms were nice but hotel lobby was dirty as well as the outside of the building. And there was no parking when we arrived. Very disappointed

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are a good size. We loved that they allow dogs. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants close to the hotel. The front desk young man was very personable. This was our second stay at this hotel and we would definitely stay there again.

Too many fees like PACE fee. Otherwise every thing was very good.

Guy at the checking counter was not there when I came to check in. Had to wait for 10 minutes then when asked him why no one is here he was rude to me and told me was the only here and if I didn't see he went and get towels. To top it off he asked me to give him a good review

Upon arrival..tv didnt work..microwave didnt work. Hair all over in the bathroom and 2 medicaton pills on the bathroom floor. I expressed my concerns about the floor in the hallway being wet and no rugs Down for safety in which they did nothing and i fell sprained my ankle, hurt my back knees and shoulders

We always stay at La Quinta when traveling, because we bring our pets and they are usually very easy and usually clean...

Like the rooms

Booked a stay for the memorial holiday weekend through Expedia. Upon checking in was told they were overbooked and didn’t have the room type we originally reserved, plus DirecTV was out for all the rooms. Not a deal breaker, but certainly not a great first impression. Instead of a king room, we received a double queen room. The room was relatively clean. Found a hair clip on the floor next to the bed, the bedspreads had visible stains, and there was a sizable rip in the rug. Overall the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was surprisingly quiet considering they were fully booked for the weekend. We arrived to breakfast the next morning 30 mins before closing and found the yogurts and sausage to be out. We managed to get what little was left of eggs, potatoes, and 3 pancakes before the machine ran out of batter. We chose this hotel based on location and the fact it was dog friendly. As a whole I would say the stay was a pleasant one and would most definitely return.

The room was clean. The ceiling light by the door was burnt out so the entryway was dark in our room. Our phone did not work as well. Otherwise everything else was good.

The stay was wonderful. The room had everything you expect on a stay. The desk clerk was so polite. The room was very clean and the mattress was very comfortable, great back support. We will be back.

Everything was amazing from housekeeping to the amazing mornings.

The proximity to the Mall and many restaurants is great. Breakfast was mediocre as they served the same food on Saturday Am and Sunday AM. On Sunday, no fruit choices other than green apples. No muffins served on Sunday either. This needs improvement as a good breakfast is important to me.

Always have a great stay here. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the breakfast hits the spot.
