I checked in an hour after check in start time and room wasnt ready for another 30 minutes. Elevator is weird i was going to level 3 as i passed 2 somone pressed the button so it went back down to two then down to one then other people got on so i then went back to 2 then finally to three

Worst hotel experience ever. Holes in walls, damage everywhere, bugs coming out of outlets, no water one day, broken AC, hole in door to look in room. Do not understand reviews!?!? Wouldn’t even think of trying the breakfast. Asked to switch rooms and other room was worse! Apparently hotel was sold out too.

Worst staff service ever. This hotel should hire staff that understand what hospitality means. My son I and arrived very late to the hotel due to car problems, the lady at the lobby laughed about our situation, did not care and cancel our reservation. We arrived just one hour later to check in.

I booked this room quite a bit in advance for myself, my dad, my sister, and my three kids (5, 4, 1.5). I booked a 2 queen room because the kids were just going to sleep with us. Our flight got in about 10pm so we went to check in. My kids were very tired and crying from a long day of travel. I had my dad load up the rack where you can put your luggage on while I went to check in. I was informed that a gentleman traveling alone in a single bed room had some kind of trouble with his door or lock so they moved him into the room with two beds intended for us. I was then offered the room with one bed and screwed up lock to which I declined because we would never all fit in one bed and why would I want a compromised door with my kids? Apparently, while the property itself definitely wasn’t full, that only the number of rooms required for the day were cleaned. So I was informed that we did not have a room. We had to find somewhere else last minute and with the kids being so tired and cranky I went with one of the closer hotels to this one and it ended up being a total dump. I cannot believe they gave my room away and offered no kind of compensation, apology, or anything for their massive mistake.

BUYER BE WARE!! Booked and paid for hotel threw hotels.com, when we got to the hotel we we're charged a deposit fir the room o THE FULL room price from the hotel, AFTER, it was completely paid for on hotels.com. Complained to front desk and they could Care LESS, had zero problem handing me a bill.. Non of the Ice Machines Worked And Room cleaners rushed my wofe out the room even know she said we'd be out by 10:30 was given an attitude, at 10:00, Called Corporate Only for them to give me the run around witch took forever to talk to a live person, for the customer service guys to basically to blow me off and say sounds like a HOTELS.COM problem even know, THEY charged me full price even know the room was already 100% paid for before i got there.. NEVER AGAIN..

We stayed at the LaQuinta in Erie because they are dog friendly. The guy that was taking care of the counter had the personality of a rock, had to ring the bell at 4 pm to get him to come out and he barely said a word. The room was not very clean, and the carpet had bare spots in it. It was raining so moving to another hotel was not an option. The breakfast bar was a couple scoops of eggs and a few pieces of toast for everyone that was at breakfast, so we passed and left, asap.

They were nice enough. Price was right $50 a night for a dog. Biggest complaint, very noisy and lack of towels. There was one hand towel, bath towel and washcloth for two people. Very generic room. Road traffic at night was terrible.

When I checked in the young man at the front desk basically just gave me the room key and said nothing else. He didn’t tell me which direction the room was. He asked for me to insert my debit card without telling me how much the deposit was so I had asked him. He told me it was $25 but for some reason at two in the morning, I was charged $77 I went down at six in the morning and asked the young lady what happened couldn’t really give me an answer or at least one that I understood. She basically told me I had to wait for the manager to fix it. The manager came in. I spoke to her. She was very nice. I still didn’t understand the explanation of why my money got taken she did say she released the money so hopefully I get that back but for that reason, I probably will not return

I booked through Expedia and got a specific rate as well as a receipt. Upon arrival, I gave my card for incidentals but had none during my stay. The morning I checked out, I got a notification from my credit card company of a charge from the hotel, so I checked my CC app to see that the hotel charged me three times, once every day, for a different amount each time. When I inquired at checkout, I was told that the charges would get cleared but they have not.

Hotel is close to the highway and provide comfortable rooms. This is a pet friendly hotel which I love, :) Staff is very friendly. Rooms are very comfy and spacious. However needs attention to the cleanest around the lobby area and specially the elevators.
