Nice staff

We like the location. 1. The floors in the room were nice much better than carpet. 2. Breakfast was okay. 3. The side doors don't work. Handles need replacing and key card scanners don't work. 4. People don't pick up after their pets. 5. Charged $100 for our 2 small dogs. 6. Pillows were hard. 7. Loud hallway and can hear the traffic. 8. The staff are friendly.

Clean and easy access to the highway and local attractions. Felt safe and great for a quick stay.

The Hotel itself was in a good location. The room was a bit old as the restroom took many times to flush as the water quality was very poor. Beds were good but pillows were meh. TV went out the most of the time as it was satellite TV. Other than that overall had no major issues staff was nice and Longview Texas had a lot of stuff like restaurants and such so that was a plus.

The beds are very comfortable and they have a very good and hot breakfast.

On my very first day here, there was roaches in the bathroom and we had to be moved to another room and come to find out. There was roaches in the second room. The room was not cleaned when I requested the room to be cleaned daily in the front office gave some kind of dumb excuse as to why it wasn’t done. This is a horrible place no communication cleaning. This is not a priority. It is not a secure facility the back door in the parking lot is broken. Anyone can walk into the hotel. It is not a safe environment. It is a horrible place. I spent a lot of dollars here for four days and it was all wasted

We got assigned an occupied room twice. The room we finally got reeked of urine. I would not recommend!

Even though I reserved with a credit card, when I checked in I found that I had to make an additional $100.00 security deposit.(I thought the original CC was for that). I have stayed in hotels from California to New York in the past and never had that problem. I will not be returning to this hotel..

Greeted upon arrival and told that my reserved king room was unavailable and would a queen be okay. I needed a king so I left to find other accommodation, then 10 min leter received a vall that due to clean rooms not being updated they DID have a room. Ok so i went back, my mistake as the bed was uncomfortable, pillows were small and lumpy. Then at 2am what sounded like a fight with screaming, yelling and lots of swearing occured in the hallway. This lasted for over an hour and front desk just rang with no answer. What also bothered me was the stress put on the $100 room deposit we were advised over 3 times and there were signs. This is pretty typical to charge a deposit but made me feel like they expected us to ruin towels or sheets as we were advised that stains would be charged against the deposit. When checking out we were told that they had already heard about the unruly guests and that they were already gone. Never asked about the rest of our stay or even seemed apologetic that our sleep was disturned. It concerned me that this is possibly a regular occurance. I wont be back.

As if it wasn't expensive enough for the 2 night stay, they impose a $100 mandatory deposit because they (hotel manager or owner) chose to overspend for new towels ($25+). That is exorbatant for some regular towels that could have been bought at Walmart cheaper. The linens are a part of expenses by a hotel, so it's a bit much to require guests pay for them. Staff says its to cover "If they get too dirty", who says so if they do get dirty??

Perfect in almost every way. Unfortunately the indoor swimming pool was being shocked when we visited. That was the only thing my 6 yr old son was actually looking forward to. It was sad to see his disappointment. But everything else was amazing.

The hotel is very nice. We’ve stayed there several times. My complaint is with the front desk and check in. The lady working answered the phone just as I walked up and talked for probably 5 minutes and never acknowledged me. When she finally got around to looking up my reservation, she went to the back, out of sight and stayed another 3 or 4 minutes. No explanation. I stood at the desk no less than 10 minutes.

Very clean and staff are so kind and helpful

Came to stay for a softball tournament. Kids had fun in the pool even though they did say it was cold. My fav thing was the water pressure haha. Got clean and slept great. Breakfast then game time!

Had a great stay and will be back
