I stay here frequently. It's always nice. It appears they may have remodeled some of the rooms. I stayed in a room this time with wood floors instead of carpet. I really enjoyed the new look amd feel!.

The CLEANEST LaQuinta I’ve stayed at. The room was very spacious for my family or 4(2 bed-room.) Staff was very nice and checked in and out very quickly.

Reserved a king size bed. Hotel changed reservation to double beds and refused to switch back. Also called for almost an hour to get a shuttle from the airport and never received a response. Had to ask another hotel to shuttle us back and walk from that hotel to the la Quinta.

We stayed here prior to flying out and arranged the hotel shuttle to drop us off and pick us back up when we returned.
Drop off was perfect. Justin was amazing, personable and very helpful.
Pick up never happened. We called the hotel when we arrived at the airport, and after some back and forth, the gentleman from the hotel actually just hung up on my husband. When we called back, he put us on hold for over 5 minutes, when I finally hung up and tried a 3rd time. This time Isaac answered and informed us that there was no shuttle pick up from 1-4, and we were out of luck. This is AFTER we had arranged the pick up before flying out. Horrible customer service on their part and not impressed with being hung up on.

Check in clerk was on his cell phone talking with his girlfriend while checking me in. Made for a lot of repetition to answer questions. Did not make me feel welcome or appreciated at all.

I love La Quinta, generally they are my go to motel in a town I'm new in. And this one was like the rest: well done, comfortable, quiet... but in today's world, to have a broken wifi, or one that the staff wanted to change the setting on my devices [though not that I understand the problem, not sure that would have worked]... and it seems this had been a known problem for some time - weeks?? - and allowed it to persist: totally unacceptable... wifi would not connect to any android phone, or any device using Chrome as a browser... was able to work around it the last morning there by connecting with Edge, and then going back to usual... but for 3 days minus the last morning, in a foreign city, only connection to the internet was by tethering off my phone and running up the gigabytes bill. The other two La Quintas I stayed at on this cross-country trip did not have this problem. Management here for allowing this to persist for this long, and sullying the brand's reputation really need to be replaced.
