Property was very clean. Loved that it had a couple bar options. Most important, everyone was very friendly, from valet to the front of the desk, and even just the employees walking by! I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for my birthday and it was in an accident but was unable to do several things. The staff and management went way above and beyond to accommodate us. We were able to have a wonderful time and we definitely suggest anyone and everyone to visit downtown Marriott. Thank you Christopher for everything.

We had a nice stay, but there was a huge crowd coming the next morning and it was loud. I like the convenience of the skywalks from the parking garage and to the convention center. It would be nice if you didn’t have to pay to park though.

My son got to hotel before us and he did not have his card and they made him sit outside of hotel. No garbage bags in teashcans of our room. Did not explain the extra $50 charge for ammendities on my card. We will not be returning cause no pool for the price which is very expensive and staff were not pleasant

The shower head was very cheap and not very nice. The coffee in the room was terrible, K cups would be much better. Also more then only 2 creamers in the room would be nice for a $315 per night rate. Some items in the room did not work, and others were not plugged in. The staff was outstanding, and friendly. Location was convenient.

Everything was amazing other than being able to regulate a good temperature within the hotel room. It became stuffy and hot at night making it difficult to achieve good sleep.

Beautiful reception area! Fireplace cozy. Enjoyed talking to the bartender. Very knowledgeable about bourbon. Room was clean. Nice view from the 18th floor!
