It was a nice hotel, just disappointed that I purposely selected a balcony room when securing the reservation, just to find out the balcony room is inside of the hotel.

The staff is very respectful and friendly, Alex at the front desk was extraordinary, she was kind enough to gift my now fiancé and I, a bottle of champagne and some chocolate covered strawberries!

We arrived to check in around 4 pm and while standing in line were greeted by the concierge. He was very friendly, upbeat and helpful. We were checked in by Ivy who was fantastic and so helpful. The room was fine, just what you would expect. Comfortable bed. Room service was quick and prompt.
Easy walking distance to restaurants.
We had breakfast in the hotel and it was great. ALL of the staff at every level greeted us. Each and every person working at the hotel, the concierge, restaurant staff, they were all amazingly kind and helpful. We really appreciated that as it made us feel welcome and happy to return there for our next visit.

Property is tired and room balcony looked over the main lobby of the hotel. This created noice and light coming into the room. Our room also had no soap or Kleenex. Overall an average 3 star hotel pretending to be a 5 star.

I did not stay there as stated in my email to you that was booked in error and i called the hotel to tell them as hotels.com does nit have a phone number the hotel cancelked the reserv and said call hotels.com to tell them not to charge me
