Absolutely loved this stay! We only stayed for one night as we were traveling through with our two small children but we loved it! The location is amazing, easy to walk to the riverfront with shops and restaurants. The balconies inside were our favorite, getting to watch the boats in the riverfront was so cool. We can’t wait to stay here again soon!

Convenient and near area stores, restaurants and attractions. Did not use restaurants or room service. Checkin was great and staff was professional and courteous. Would recommend this hotel

I’ve stayed at a few marriot properties and this is definitely the worst Marriott I’ve stayed at, at a rate of $400 a night.
There is no bellman to help with the luggage and self parking is $38 a night.
The rooms are clean but the rooms facing the atriums are very noisy and it’s difficult to sleep at night.
Although the quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am this is not enforced. There is a bar in the lobby that runs until midnight and the noise can be heard in the rooms facing the atrium.
I asked for a quiet feather free room when booking, but received a noisy room full of feathers - fortunately we had allergy meds stuff us.
I’ve stayed at the Hyatt Regency up the road a few days and would highly recommend that instead.

Hotels.com behoove me and trick me into thinking I had a Riverside view with a balcony. When I got there I had no balcony and there were no other rooms with a balcony on looking the river available. I call hotels.com b******* and I will try my best to avoid them in the future
