I have stayed at this hotel twice now during the summer and it’s amazing each time. The staff is always so kind and friendly. They have helped make our stay special this time around and we are so thankful. We never have any issues and love the location as everything close by is within walking distance. Amazing place and would recommend to every one!

Staff was awesome! Room was clean. The shower knob did not work and concert at the mall area was SOOO loud, but it did stop by 9:00.

Parking is really far away from the hotel. Hot water was not available in the shower. Front desk was closed after 9 PM so we couldn't ask for any help whatsoever until next day morning.

The hotel was fine for a hiking trip, but really needs to be updated. It is pretty old and in desperate need of renovations. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was typical of a free breakfast.

The staff was great and very accommodating. The hotel is old and the rooms are somewhat outdated, but was sufficient for an overnight stay. The shower was cold (even let it run for 15 minutes).

I'd like to that.It was up in snowmass and very beautiful. I didn't like that. The person at the front desk didn't call me or text me with a code for the lockbox. So when I arrived, there was no getting keys for my room that I had already got charged for.

Location is great. Beds, showers, the gym, etc. are all pretty dated. Very dated and old. My son asked if the hotel was from the 1900’s.
However, the staff is amazing. We really love them. We missed the old breakfast and lunch where you could just grab what you want quickly and go. They started serving the food, so you get tiny portions and it adds about 15 minutes onto your meal when you’re just trying to hurry and get back to the slopes. Also, a lot of the meals are not kid friendly which stinks compared to the meals the last few years. The ladies are very kind in the lunchroom, but we miss the kid friendly lunch choices.
Also, once you book a room it is non refundable.
