OKANA Resort & Indoor Waterpark

Had a really great stay! Loved the resort and staff. Recommend a stay of at least 3 full days to explore, relax, and have fun at the resort and Bricktown. Free parking is a bit of a distance when carrying luggage, so look into paid parking for convenience. Uber from the resort into the city is affordable and reliable! Our next visit we'll likely rely on Uber and save on rental car fees and parking fees in the city. Not to mention, when relying on Uber you can avoid the walk from resort free parking.

Property is nice. However the service is terrible. No staff at front desk. No one to advise where to park. Check-in is automated by terminal and it charged me double and our wristbands/room keys did not work. No makeup room service occurred even though I asked for it. Very expensive stay and because of terrible service it is not worth the price.

We came for my daughter’s bday!! It’s expensive. The water park is nice but the food and entertainment is very expensive.

To work on - staff inconsistencies Told microwaves were available in common spaces prior to check in Some staff let our 8 year old do water slides on a certain play structure, others wouldn't Some staff let us take pool towels to our rooms, others didnt These little things matter so guests know what to expect Our first night we waited 45 minutes for maintenance to unclog our toilet. Had to go to front desk and use their restrooms while we waited another 15-20 minutes. No interior map Activities are not super exciting. Water balloon 'mania' consisted of a bucket the size of a pickle jar with about 6 reusable water balloons and 2 staff tossing them back and forth. After playing 15 minutes they collected the balloons even when my kids were not done playing. -Not enough tubes for lazy river, huge experience killer, people lined up to wait for tubes from those coming off, and others jumped the line. Not well thought out and several angry dad's could turn into trouble. Large debit hold after room charging more than 200$ ( in a cashless venue!) Which was not disclosed or explained upon check in. Very surprising. Again, expectations need to be set. Great things to note Great room location close to the park, arcade, and food. Loved the shampoo and conditioner and body wash provided Comfy beds! Very great place for family

The customer service was horrible and the ladies upfront were so rude and not helpful at all and the billing department service was so rude and hung up on me and then I got charged 194.00 extra and I don’t know for what after paying 469.00 for the room already

Everything was amazing the only thing I can complain about is that the food was pretty pricey but I would definitely come back

Absolutely loved our stay at Okana! Spotlessly clean, fantastic rooms, and the new indoor water park was a blast. Our Easter break was great thanks to this gem. Beat the crowds and visit Okana Resort before summer peak season!

I would say be ready to spend some money, definitely need an all inclusive package. It is very kid friendly! Over all a great experience. We will be back for sure! Love the wrist band ideas!

Got to check in and wasn’t about to use the room a paid for because they wanted another 200 was the worst experience

Nice walk up check in very easy to use. There was a small inconvenience with the pricing CSR was very understandable as to the problem and solved it quickly. Like the wristband idea for the room keys and entry to water park

Was a little shocked of all the extra charges parking food and drink were above average high.

This place was the best! Friendly people, modern, just wonderful!

One of the water life guards on the kids area was rude to us and our waitress at the tacos and tequila restaurant was terrible
