Quality Inn & Suites Denver International Airport

Nice, clean, comfortable stop along our route. Unfortunately, we had an overzealous housekeeping staff who knocked on our door at 8 am to ask if we were leaving. Fortunately, we were awake or this would have been incredibly frustrating.

The shuttle from the airport was awful. We stood out in 10 degree weather for 40 minutes waiting for a shuttle that never came. After calling the hotel 3 times a shuttle was dispatched. The shuttle itself was filthy and in desperate need of attention. The driver was unfriendly and rude.

shuttle took forever picking us up we froze for almost 1 hour waiting on Island 3 at the designated place. Breakfast was at best prison food.

Good clean hotel close to airport

No eggs for breakfast all three nights??? Someone damaged my rental car trying to break into it in your parking lot over night. Not parked out back somewhere but right out the front door. No security and it obviously is needed.

Stayed here for an overnight layover at DEN airport. The shuttle and price were the main reason we chose to stay here. I felt that the price was fair for what we got. Wasn’t bad, but wasn’t great.

Nice hotel for the price

We called the reservation line for this property to ask if our 18 year old could check in by himself due to a cancelled flight. They said yes. We booked the reservation on Expedia. As we clicked submit payment, we noticed the tiniest print saying 21 and up for check-in. We were surprised to see it because we had called to confirm. We immediately attempted to call (because our son was sitting at the airport) and we could NOT get anyone to answer on location. After repeated attempts we tried to cancel the purchase we made. We submitted the refund request that night, about 25 minutes after securing reservation, and we were denied. Expedia contacted management of the hotel, we contact the management. We were denied.we spent days trying to contact management to explain the situation and to secure a refund. We paid for a night of hotel that my son could not check in to, we could not reach a human when we needed to. We are still angry about it. We will never use this hotel in the future.

The staff at the Quality Inn and Suites was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Check in was a breeze. The room was clean and quiet. The only issue I had was the toilet was backed up but we got a plunger and everything worked great after that. I liked the check in/out times which was perfect for my flight.

Close to airport and had a airport transfer

It was extremely noisy all night, with people having conversations in the hallway in the middle of the night. Staff was fine, nothing to write home about. All in all, if the noise was less I would raise my review but unfortunately it did not allow me to sleep most of the night. Airport Shuttle was convenient and on time.

I have stayed at this property several times and next time I come and have to stay in Denver, I will try and stay here again.

Service very friendly!Clean bathroom, hallways& lobby. Couch in room had stains. However I almost choose to sleep on the couch the 2nd night because the mattress was so hard. I also broke my little toe on the metal bed-frame legs that stuck out a good 4 inches on my side.Breakfast did not work for my Lactose intolerant diet. Only eggs and yogurt for me & my BF wouldn't eat anything after seeing the eggs.
