My plan is to stay at this hotel anytime i need to fly out super early.
I felt comfortable leaving my car there while I was on vacation.
I felt bad for the staff member that was by herself trying to check in a line of people. I think there should be 2 staff members for safety.
What pissed me off the most was the impatient customers.

Night staff, Luis, was really friendly and helpful. We were stuck on a closed freeway over night and didn’t make it to hotel until 5am. Luis was very helpful and understanding to our situation and worked hard to get us into a room to rest.

We needed a hotel before a flight from DIA, the hotel was affordable, quiet, comfortable and we were able to take the shuttle and pay a reasonable fee to park while we were gone. We will definitely use this hotel again for the same reason!

We stayed here a few months ago and the hot tub was out of order…. fast forward to this trip and it’s still out. they also have terrible lighting in the pool, almost as if the main lights don’t work. the drain in our bath tub was moldy and falling apart. it’s convenient to stay here but we may try surrounding hotels as well. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient and check in and out is always very easy!

The hotel was great, especially for the price. Some areas looked renovated. Front desk staff were very nice, even when some of us travelers were weary and impatient. Impatient because the shuttle is not easily identifiable and 2 parties waited in the cold over 40 minutes. Front desk phones were down, so although we called at least 6 times, no one anwered. We just wanted to know what the shuttle looked like after a while. Choice Hotels? Quality Inn? No... Western transport. And the one we went BACK to the airpirt in had the letters half torn off anyways. There needs to be another backup means of contacting the front desk. Would have alleviated a lot of angst.
Otherwise, high praise.

Nice, clean, comfortable stop along our route. Unfortunately, we had an overzealous housekeeping staff who knocked on our door at 8 am to ask if we were leaving. Fortunately, we were awake or this would have been incredibly frustrating.

The shuttle from the airport was awful. We stood out in 10 degree weather for 40 minutes waiting for a shuttle that never came. After calling the hotel 3 times a shuttle was dispatched. The shuttle itself was filthy and in desperate need of attention. The driver was unfriendly and rude.

No eggs for breakfast all three nights??? Someone damaged my rental car trying to break into it in your parking lot over night. Not parked out back somewhere but right out the front door. No security and it obviously is needed.
