Great location for early shuttle to airport, I called ahead on the day of check-in to make sure we had a spot for the 4AM shuttle, glad I did so as it was full. Did not have breakfast but facilities were comfortable.

We arrived in the evening. The staff were friendly. The shuttle from and to the airport was nice. Breakfast was delish. Room was clean. There was a tiny bit of noise, but nothing too crazy. The area felt safe. Theres a little plaza with some shops not too far away. Maybe a 8 minute walk. Wasn’t too bad. Theres also a gas station on the way to the plaza.

For starters Front desk people were very rude. Not all of them them. The gentleman that checked us in was very nice and when we checked out the lady was very helpful. When we needed something we had to go down and get it ourselves. Stood there for 6 days. I basically felt as if we worked there. I would never stay at this facility again.

As with all the hotels around DIA the shuttle bus is very difficult to predict and spot at the airport. Many of them do not have the hotel name on clear display (as is the case with Quality).

Shower wasn’t the greatest and they charged extra for incidentals because they said they had some shady people stay there. Dint think I’ll be stay there again. I’ll pay the extra for a better hotel.

Room smelled terrible of smoke, got a new room and it had giant gross stain on mattress. Overall just kind of unkept facility. Elevators were oddly slow. Definitely will stay at other places going forward.

We purposely booked this hotel because they offered a free 24/7 airport shuttle. But when we checked in, the shuttle was completely booked for all of the early morning runs. The desk clerk tried to get us a seat on a different hotels shuttle but couldn’t. We had to pay $40 for an uber. Only big disappointment.
