Excellent Customer Service ! Good breakfast. Shuttle service highly commendable. Room is comfortable. Highly recommended. Safe and secure . Thank you for a wonderful stay . Easy to navigate with the shuttle and train to Union Station. Went above and beyond with luggage assistance, kudos to Cashmire. Thank you!

Nice, affordable option for casual travel. Had two rooms for myself and two family members to scope out the Denver area, and this hotel was perfect for a place to come and rest your head at night. Offers free breakfast and free parking. Would stay again.

It's a nice hotel and nice pool. It's just a lot of fees that are not mentioned like a parking fee and other specifications never mentioned at time of reservation

The property overall was okay.
I was a bit disappointed with the policy of having the room cleaned and the staff towards it.
I learned they clean only every 3rd day. Originally I was told the room wouldn’t be clean because it was “only” 6 day stay. Then I was told every 3rd day, they didn’t come the 3rd day so I called down to staff they said they’d have someone come up. Nope didn’t happen. 6-7 hours later I called for just fresh towels they told me that you only get fresh towels when they clean your room.
4th day after 3 different staff someone finally came made the bed and left two fresh towels.

Breakfast could have been provided at 5:30am. The breakfast staff was there. They could have at least provided some sweet rolls or donuts.

It was a bad start with the very aggressive receptionist. She didn't even reply to our greetings. We arrived at 4 pm on Thursday May 1st if you would like to know who the receptionist was. Then inside the room, the shower tube drain was cloughed and we had to wait for 5 minutes for the water to be cleared off our feet.

Drove from San Luis valley to fly out early next morning. Check in quick and room was excellent for comfort. Was very satisfied with this Choice hotel as there are many options to choose by the airport. Extended parking also available if you're flying. Highly recommend.
