It was an ok property with an ok gym and breakfast. The staff seemed a bit rude but maybe because they were from the night shift? Im not sure. At one point the fire alarm went off around 5 am and i wasn't sure if we had to evacuate or not but it was shut off after a few minutes. Maybe they burnt some of the breakfast when they were making it early? But would come back since its a budget friendly hotel, nothing else.

Got checked into a room only to find the ac wasn't working. We got moved to another room and the ac worked well in that room. During the stay, we saw a roach in the bathroom twice. Yea, obviously we won't be staying at this hotel again.

Booked this hotel for a pool but the pool was freezing cold and when we ask the front desk about turning heat on and lights they said that had to be maintenance and it would be the next day before they would be there and we had a zoo day planned so she missed out of getting to swim in the pool!

The hotel was cheap and dirty, our room had stains on the floor and I could hear people talking in the halls and outside my window all night long. To top it off, I was in the process of moving across the country- flying with my 1 year old son and two cats, because this property doesn’t allow pets my husband had to make a second trip the next morning to drop the cats off with me to take to the airport. Without confirming with me or even security footage the hotel staff decided to charge me a pet fee- even though the cats never came close to the room. The sheets were also scratchy and incredibly loud, the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. I definitely will never stay at this property again and will probably never stay with a Quality Inn again as well. They made an already stressful situation much more stressful!!

Clean and comfortable for the one night stay.
The laundry rooms were out of order on both floors. We were allowed to go to the hotel next door to use theirs but the washing machine was not working properly--didn't spin dry the clothes.
