Room was okay for the price and included a basic breakfast cereal eggs, etc. For stays under 3 nights, they don’t clean unless requested. On the third morning, I requested a towel refresh and found the dirty pile of towels on the floor upon my return late that evening.

Very nice hotel and very nice staff.

I fell and broke my hip and have been in the hospital and it was a few days later that I realized I had not canceled my hotel and nobody is helping me with this

I loved staying at this hotel so much that I extended my stay. The property is very clean and well kept, breakfast is delicious and there is variety. The rooms were very clean and roomy, housekeeping came and refreshed our room and they were kind and polite. The pool was clean and always had towels and a couple of pool toys. Above all, the front desk staff from the morning shift was so kind and helpful. We have decided to make this our preferred hotel for our annual Colorado trip, and I’m recommending this to all my friends and family!

Our stay was good, the room was comfortable and clean. Good location with lots of restaurants close by with many different choices of food to choose from. They house keeping is on a schedule and if want your room cleaned at other times just ask, however that doesn't seem to work, but when we asked for some fresh towels we got them no problem. The breakfast was good, had most of your typical continental breakfast choices.

dramatic underperformance for a hotel

When you can't make up your mind on Denver airport hotel, this is a great choice! So clean! Very comfortable bed! Everything you want it to be plus a really tasty free breakfast and shuttle to airport. Yay!

This place is pretty run down and the beds/pillows are very uncomfortable. The pillows are tiny

It’s in a great location, fairly clean place, pool and amenities work well, but sadly I have never felt so insulted by a hotel staff member the woman in the breakfast area continued to harras my child because sadly they limit your breakfast intake they only allow two eggs and two sausages per person it’s so unfair for the amount of money we paid not only that but they’re hovering over you as you serve food during breakfast and are cleaning the tables as you eat it’s so unprofessional the front desk is somewhat friendly but definitely someone has to reprimand the woman in the breakfast area on top of that the floor that we were on seems like there was an earthquake. The room gets very shaky every couple of hours at first I thought there was an earthquake happening, but then I noticed it’s just a lot of shaking coming in it might be the infrastructure or the location. I don’t know, but the room was shaking. It felt like a small tremor may be something that they should be aware of in case it’s a construction issue or maybe a default in the building

Street on the west side is very noisy all hours of the night. Hotel room was fine. Our room had a broken desk chair and you can see sheetrock repairs on the ceiling and some walls. Room was clean and the stay over all was good.

The shuttle from airport to hotel seemed slow in picking us up. We waited over an hour for them. Te driver was super nice and good. He said he comes through to the airport every 30 minutes, but we did not see the shuttle. Everything else was great.
