It shouldn’t cost $6 to park on the property. If it were a nice parking garage then $6 would be worth paying. Parking should be free to paying customers.

When we checked in the room seem clean. As I took a shower the knob was broken. So I got hot water under high pressure or cold water on low pressure. The room looked like maybe the vacuum missed the crayons and a few food particles.As we went to bed, we noticed that the bed smelled like pee. I told the lady at the front desk and she said that they didn't have another room available. She came to the room to inspect and said that she didn't smell anything but would be glad to change the sheets. Which is when we noticed the sheets had rips in parts of it. With no rooms available in nearby hotels and it was 930pm. We slept in a chair and on the floor. I won't do this hotel brand ever again.

The ac unit made scary noises and was filthy inside. The toilet ran frequently and loudly. The breakfast was mediocre at best. I loved the coffee in lobby! Front desk clerk was very helpful.

I didnt like being alone in the last room of the hall. Felt very unsafe. The girl at check in was not friendly at all. Handicap room haha. The only thing handicap was the chair in the tub. Should be a walkin shower. So unsafe also

The room was ok for the price. The breakfast was good. There were wads of black hair in our sheets and they smelled like mildew. We were too tired to make a big deal about it, but I am sure if we had said something and given a chance for the team to address it they would have. Ultimately, I probably would not stay here again as there are too many other choices in this area for me to take a chance here.

I was upset to find out that the main reason I picked this hotel was for the airport shuttle and when I called to let them know I was arriving late and to not cancel my reservation to know that the last shuttle was at 12:15 am, and because our flight and baggage was delayed we had to pay extra money to make it to the hotel I had already paid for based on the offering of a shuttle service from the airport. hidden in the fine print. the room was only ok
