We reserved a suite to sleep 6. The sofa bed was broken and the person working was rude, there was nothing he could do. One of us slept on the floor!! We were told the manager would call the next day and they never did.when we left she did giVe us a 20% refund. But the desk people were rude about it. No one apologized.

The washer and dryer was not available, they referred us to other hotel beside but the washer and dryer of the other hotel was also malfunctioning that left our laundry soaking wet and smells bad. The pool is so cold that my daughter was not able to swim longer.

The check in staff was very rude. They were speaking Spanish too each other in front of the guests while checking people in. The site never mentioned that parking was going to cost, nor did they post the cost. When asked about it, they said read the sign at the desk. The need training on front desk etiquette and respect for the guests they are serving.

After an early morning canceled flight we booked the hotel. 5 hours before check-in they still allowed us to get an airport shuttle, eat breakfast that morning (before having a room), and got us a room by the time we finished breakfast! Also scheduled us for a 4am shuttle back to the airport! What an amazing show of empathy and kindness after a terrible experience at the airport with our airline!
