Quality Inn & Suites near St. Louis and I-255

Weight room was kinda limited. The pool Was nice!

Despite the bad reviews, my husband and I enjoyed our stay. We work night shift, at one of the local hospitals, and we enjoyed the quietness, pet friendly room, and 110% enjoyed getting off work and having a free breakfast at 7:30a.m.!

No problems

I had a great experience here while visiting my father at Barnes hospital. It’s a 15-20 minute easy drive to Barnes. The room was clean, bed and linens were comfortable. There is a grocery store close and several fast food places close. The price was great and was close enough to the city for easy travel.

There were no issues. My room was ready and check in was fast!

Rooms were dirty, floors were warped from getting wet and it smelled of mildew. Rooms were not swept properly, the toilets were dirty. There were two boards on the wall where a full body mirror had been. Pizza sauce or blood stains on the wall and work chair. Overall the property was not as clean as it could have been.

I stay for 3 days and they never clean my room

The property was not clean, furniture was squeaky, beat up, hallways and rooms smelled like bug killer, the floors were Very Thin (not sound proof) the above guest were loud (walking heavily before and after hours, dropping heavy objects, the front desk could not or did not do anything to stop the the quest. I WIll Never Use another Quality Inn. This is the second QI inside of a month 2 different state and same POOR CONDITION!!!

They over price and the service sucks i do not recommend this place find better

Great for the price. Beds were comfortable, lots of parking. Fairly close to Busch stadium so Uber was easy to get to and from. The whole place could be afford to be deep cleaned. The room needed the walls, floors, and mirrors cleaned. Breakfast was decent. Staff was very nice.

I did not like the hotel at all but stayed and made the best of it with my family. I was not going to pay for another hotel after being charged twice for two rooms instead of one. I was not able to cancel the rooms and get reimbursed because I would have had to pay a fine to cancel and it would have been the same thing through Expedia. The rooms look clean but once I entered the floors were sticky, my toilet got clogged and water started flooding around the toilet which I had to unclog it myself. I asked politely if the room could be mopped since the toilet incident happened and the floors were sticky. Room service did it after their third day of my stay. The second day I went with my family to have breakfast. The plates were not fully stocked and I had to get my own paper plates from my room for my family since they were out from the day before. We got there pretty early too around 7:30 a.m so I assumed everything was full. I was just not happy with basic things like having clean floors, good working toilet, and just being stocked with basic things. Also my shampoo and conditioner were not full it was a quarter full. So just a little bit more attention to detail. The front staff was friendly.

The curtains were see thru and the truck company next door had a bright light that shine allnight, couldn't get any sleep.

I booked without reading reviews and then got scared. However, this was a perfectly average experience. Clean bed, great staff and for being in East St. Louis, I felt very safe. It is so close to everything by car. On a no frills budget? Great place to stay.

My daughters very much enjoyed the indoor pool. The room was very spacious which was nice with two kids with me. We felt like it was quiet and didn't feel unsafe at any point. Very close in proximity to the St. Louis area which is where we were spending our day.

It was so far away from the arch. I will never use expedia again. The hotel would have let me cancel but expedia didnt
