The bed was comfortable. AC nice and cold since it was a hot and humid 85 in FL in February. Check in and out was easy. Only complaint was that we didn’t have towels upon check-in. When I asked housekeeping in the breezeway for some they said they couldn’t give them out yet because they didn’t give those out at beginning of shift. I had to leave before they came back with the towels and I left a note that the remote wouldn’t changes channels at all. When we got back to the room, they had done nothing to remedy that situation. So we were only able to watch one channel the whole stay.

We were in room 240. It was a non-smoking room but it smelled like cigarettes. You could hear the people next door because we had an adjoining room. It was by the stairs so we were woken up by loud people carrying their luggage down each step instead of carrying it at 6:30 am. That was super annoying. The remote for the TV didn’t work but was able to use the controls on the TV until we got a new one.

Extremely dirty. Breakfast was limited to pancakes and toast. Door locks didn't work properly. Just looked like a flea bag motel that was bought by quality inn. Pictures are misleading

The staff was very friendly. No elevator to get to the second floor, had to use outside stairways. Outside hallways were dark. The room surfaces and bathroom were fairly clean but the floor was quite dirty. One towel, though probably laundered, was so stained it shouldn’t have been put in a room for customer use. The bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable if you like a firmer mattress. The walls were very thin so the talking and televisions in adjoining rooms was loud. Also, people were on the outside balcony talking which was also loud in the room.

The one towel looked like it was run over by a tire--it had black marks on it. The pillows were not comfortable. The bed was okay not one of the better mattresses I have slept on. Stayed there for convenience. Will not be back unless major renovations are done.

This hotel is completely broken down. The sink clogs and toilet doesn’t flush properly. All three ice machines and fans were broken. Only good thing about this place was friendly staff.

The price was inflated for the hotel. $199 plus tax for the night. The hotel is old and not maintained. Drywall cracking. Door delaminating and coming apart. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Staff was notified and did nothing to correct or discount the room. Very poor stay for the price. I would expect this from a lower class hotel.

The reception staff provided prompt assistance in relocating me to a different room upon discovering rust stains in the shower and a cigarette smoke odor in the initial room. However, the alternative room also retained a slight cigarette smell, impacting the comfort of my stay. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was unsatisfactory, offering only waffle mix without any meat options. This was particularly disappointing as I was traveling with my daughter for a robotics tournament. Unless these issues are resolved, I am unlikely to consider booking at this establishment again.

We stayed here because they advertised as pet friendly. We have a 3 1/2 pound little Yorky. They charged us $35 for our Yorkie. That’s $10 per pound. The first thing our Yorkie found in the room was a piece of pizza, which must’ve been under the bed And then another one behind the dresser. This was disgusting.

The staff was friendly but the whole place could have been in better shape. The door lock only worked every other time to unlock. The floor was dirty in the hallways. The continental breakfast was very sparse. The staff said they hadn’t made it to the grocery store. Overall I had expected the place to be nicer.

It was a very old hotel. The mattress was hard, it smelled like smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. The hot water was maked cold and cold marked hot and it was hard to turn the hot water on. My 13 year old daughter took her shower first and ended up taking a cold shower because she could not figure it out.

Friendly staff. Property needs updating. Paint was peeling in several areas, stains in the tub and around fixtures. Room was dark and dingy. This hotel would be a last resort for me.
