location is convenient by 75 and historical downtown Alachua where the Tea Times restaurant is very impressive!
the bedding is very good! Hot water is good and AC works well! The cleanness is ok. There are rust in metal parts and the facility overall can use some updates like painting, landscaping etc.

This was one of the worst hotel rooms we’ve ever experienced. The pictures online were a misread the actual room. Plus, it was way overpriced. There were bugs visible, and the room had a horrible smell. I probably will never utilize Hotels.com again. The only positive was the nice young man that checked us in. He was very nice.

The hotel and staff are good, but breakfast was terrible. Basically, only carbs, no protein at all, not even eggs or Greek yogurt. If you even remotely care about your health, I wouldn't eat there.

For what i paid for one night this place is horrible. Outdated, pillows smelled so bad. The room smelled humid. Noisy, breakfast so bad. Has water coming out of the refrigerator. Horrible experience
